    Abstract: A sit harness comprises a pair of leg loops joined to a belt by means of a link webbing passing through a securing ring. The securing ring includes an adjustment mechanism for the heightwise positioning of the link webbing to adjust the leg loop module with respect to the belt according to the distance between the user's crotch and waist. The adjustment mechanism is advantageously formed by at least one intermediate strand subdividing the inside of the ring into super-posed orifices arranged at different positioning levels.
