Abstract: A wrinkled paper decoration is made by jointly coiling an elongated paper strip to which a bendable wire is attached in a continuous spiral. The coiled wire is bent, and the paper strip is simultaneously wrinkled. The bent wire retains the paper strip in a wrinkled configuration.
