  • Patent number: 9227344
Abstract: A device for feeding granulate and filler material to an extruder screw of an extruder, includes a cyclone with an inlet opening for introducing a delivery flow of pneumatically delivered filler material and an outlet opening for discharging the filler material which has been separated from the delivery flow, a feed funnel for the fresh granulate and a mixing section, to which the separated filler material and the fresh granulate are fed from the feed funnel. The cyclone is disposed at least partially in the feed funnel and coaxial with the latter, so that the outlet opening of the cyclone extends into a feed funnel outlet region which surrounds the outlet opening in an annular manner, wherein a stuffing screw passes axially through the outlet opening of the cyclone and protrudes at least partially into the mixing section which axially adjoins the outlet opening.

  • Publication number: 20150117801
Abstract: A woven fabric (1) for the production of bags includes tapes of polymer, such as polyolefin, polypropylene, polyethylene (HDPE) or polyethylene terephthalate, that are preferably monoaxially stretched. The fabric is provided with a coating. The coating is formed of a polymer non-woven.

  • Patent number: 7762491
Abstract: In a process for winding a continuously supplied band (5) onto a bobbin (2), with the bobbin (2) being rotated and the band (5) being reciprocated along the entire length of the bobbin (2) at a winding angle (?) by means of a cross-winding device (4), each time the bobbin diameter has increased by a particular value, the winding ratio, i.e., the ratio between the number of bobbin rotations and the reciprocating motion (to-and-fro stroke) of the cross-winding device is stepwisely changed such that the winding ratio will change in essentially integral steps.

  • Patent number: 7651046
Abstract: A bobbin winding device for generating a bobbin by winding a thread or bandlet onto a bobbin core comprises fixing means (12) for holding a bobbin core (8) and rotating it around an axis of rotation (A), thread-pressing means (7) for pressing a thread (1) or bandlet against the peripheral surface of a bobbin (9) that builds up on the bobbin core (8), whereby the thread-pressing means are movable essentially radially relative to the axis of rotation (A), a traversing thread guide (10) located close to the thread-pressing means (7) for reciprocating the thread (1) or bandlet along the axis of rotation (A), and thread-support means (14) for conducting the thread supplied to the bobbin or bobbin core, respectively, in an axially stationary manner relative to the axis of rotation (A).
