  • Patent number: 9630254
Abstract: A tailstock device includes a lower transport unit, a base seat, and a tool unit. The lower transport unit includes a lower transmission mechanism that has a lower leadscrew adapted to be rotatably installed on a bed of a lathe machine and extending in a lengthwise direction. The base seat threadedly engages the lower leadscrew and is driven movably by the transport unit along the lower leadscrew. The tool unit is mounted on the base seat, is movable relative to the base seat in a crosswise direction transverse to the lengthwise direction, and has a lathe center adapted to point toward a headstock of the lathe machine and a carriage adapted to be mounted with a deep-hole drilling tool. The carriage and the lathe center are arranged in the crosswise direction.

  • Patent number: 9421652
Abstract: A center frame for supporting a workpiece includes a lower seat, and an upper seat pivotable relative to the lower seat between a clamping position, where the upper seat cooperates with the lower seat to define a clamping opening for receiving and clamping the workpiece, and a releasing position, where the upper seat is rotated away from the lower seat. A clamping unit includes first, second and third abutment support units, each of which has an abutment portion located in the clamping opening, and an operating portion opposite to the abutment portion. The operating portion of each of the first to third abutment support units is operated to move the abutment portion to abut against or away from the workpiece.

  • Patent number: 9227245
Abstract: A lathe machine includes a tailstock unit having a bottom seat driven by a saddle of a turret unit to move longitudinally relative to a headstock by means of a first coupler unit, and a tailstock mount mounted on the bottom seat and driven by a turret mount to move transversely by means of a second coupler unit such that a selected one of a centering mandrel and a drilling tool holder disposed on the tailstock mount is in line with a spindle axis of the headstock. A positioning unit includes blocking and abutment members respectively disposed on the bottom seat and the tailstock mount and having rightward- and leftward-facing inclined surfaces which matingly abut against each other to permit the centering mandrel to be kept in line with the spindle axis, thereby rendering the centering process easy and precise.

  • Publication number: 20130149055
Abstract: A machine tool includes a crossbeam which is movably mounted on a column in an upright direction and on which a spindle carriage is transversely slidably mounted for mounting a spindle. The crossbeam extends transversely to terminate at a cantilever portion which extends rightwardly and beyond the column. A hydraulic bracing unit is mounted to brace the cantilever portion so as to stabilize the vertical movement of the crossbeam, while preventing the crossbeam from being subjected to bending stress even when the saddle is moved to the cantilever portion.

  • Publication number: 20130136384
Abstract: A rotary table includes a base unit having an upper surface that is formed with a lubricant groove adapted for passage of liquid lubricant, a table unit mounted rotatably on the base unit and having a lower surface, and a wear-resistant member covering the lower surface. A space is formed between the upper surface and the wear-resistant member for permitting flow of the liquid lubricant away from the lubricant groove through the space.

  • Patent number: 8371195
Abstract: A lathe machine includes a turret having a saddle movable along a longitudinal direction toward a headstock, and a turret body mounted on the saddle and movable along a transverse direction on the saddle, and a tailstock having a bottom seat movable along the longitudinal direction toward the headstock, and a tailstock body mounted movably on the bottom seat. A first coupler unit is provided to couple releasably the saddle and the bottom seat so that the bottom seat can be driven by the saddle to move along the longitudinal direction toward the headstock. A second coupler unit is provided to couple releasably the turret body and the tailstock body so that the tailstock body can be driven by the turret body to move along the transverse direction.
