According to the invention, at least one interfering element is pivotably mounted inside the seat back by means of a pivoting device, wherein in the non-usage position the head restraint positions the at least one interfering element of the seat back in such a way that the interfering element forms at least one contact point with the torso of a vehicle occupant located on the vehicle seat.
