  • Patent number: 10687688
Abstract: A conveying system for conveying a rack of a dishwasher between a displaced position and a start position along a path as well as a dishwasher including the conveying system are disclosed. In the displaced position, the rack may be displaced with respect to the start position in at least a first direction perpendicular to a main extension plane of the rack. An elevating arrangement may bias the rack towards the displaced position when the rack is located at a portion of the path. A locking arrangement may releasably lock the rack in an intermediate position between the displaced position and the start position when the rack is located at the portion of the path, thereby preventing the rack from being biasedly retracted to the displaced position or preventing the rack from being displaced away from the intermediate position due to weight of articles carried by the rack.

  • Patent number: 5961781
Abstract: A process of improving the heat efficiency by condensation of vapor in concentrated chemical solutions, according to which vapor and a concentrated chemical solution are introduced into an absorber comprising a cooler/condenser. In accordance with the invention, the condensate formed in the condensation process is utilized to dilute the concentrated chemical solution in the absorber, and the heat of condensation and the heat of solution generated from the dilution step are recovered by heat exchanged thereof with a heat-absorbing medium. A plant for performing the process is described, comprising an absorber (1) and a cooler (condenser) associated therewith, and at least one heat exchanger (3) having an inlet and an outlet for supply and withdrawal of a heat-absorbing medium.

  • Patent number: 5145660
Abstract: The invention describes a procedure for production of chlorine dioxide where, in a primary reactor chlorate, sulphuric acid and a reducing agent with optional extra additions of chloride ions are reacted, the resulting gas mixture mainly containing chlorine dioxide and air are forced through a scrubber to an absorption tower for absorption of the product gas. Where the reactor solution is withdrawn from the reactor optionally to a secondary reactor in which reducing agent is also added, the procedure being characterized by that of the primary reactor solution is recirculated optionally via a cooler to the upper part of a scrubber and then returned to the reactor.
