  • Publication number: 20240118614
Abstract: Multiple patterning approaches using radiation sensitive organometallic materials is described. In particular, multiple patterning approaches can be used to provide distinct multiple patterns of organometallic material on a hardmask or other substrate through a sequential approach that leads to a final pattern. The multiple patterning approach may proceed via sequential lithography steps with multiple organometallic layers and may involve a hardbake freezing after development of each pattern. Use of an organometallic resist with dual tone properties to perform pattern cutting and multiple patterning of a single organometallic layer are described. Corresponding structures are also described.

  • Patent number: 11929683
Abstract: The present disclosure provides an isolated multi-phase DC/DC converter with a reduced quantity of blocking capacitors. In one aspect, the converter includes a multi-phase transformer having a primary circuit and a secondary circuit magnetically coupled to the primary circuit, the primary circuit having a first quantity of terminals, and the secondary circuit having a second quantity of terminals; a third quantity of blocking capacitors, each being electrically connected in series to a respective one of the terminals of the primary circuit; and a fourth quantity of blocking capacitors, each being electrically connected in series to a respective one of the terminals of the secondary circuit. The third quantity is one less than the first quantity. The fourth quantity is one less than the second quantity.

  • Publication number: 20230114385
Abstract: An MRI-based surgical navigation method of providing a personalized augmented reality of targeted internal organs with real-time intraoperative tracking is provided. Briefly, two-dimensional MRI images of targeted internal organs are segmented into a plurality of segmented data and recombined thereof to generate a three-dimensional volumetric model of the targeted internal organs. An augmented reality-based three-dimensional simulation model including anatomical features and spatial information of the targeted internal organs is obtained to be overlaid with the three-dimensional volumetric model while collecting real-time feedback of surgical operations.

  • Patent number: 7577963
Abstract: An event translator system for receiving input information, parsing event data on the input information to produce a result event data set and generating an event list based on an analysis of the event the result data set, performing an event listing and displaying event list to a user interface module. The event translation system translating event data also include receiving user feedback on the event listing and using the user feedback to improve subsequent operations of at least one harvesting algorithm. Translating event data also includes at least two harvesting algorithms for performing the input information to generate a plurality of result event data sets and creating an event listing for display to a user interface module based on an analysis of the plurality of result event data sets.

  • Publication number: 20070220063
Abstract: An event translator system may perform at least three tasks: (1) extract or “harvest” date, time, description, and other information from digital files generated for human reading, such as web calendars or other event lists, emailed calendars, and imported files; (2) present the extracted event data to a user for modification, management, and monitoring; and (3) export the events to PIM software, web pages and/or application programming interfaces as appropriate file formats. The event translation system may be incorporated into a web site that is accessed by the user who enters a desired web address for event translation or otherwise transmits the digital files for translation. Alternatively, the system may be incorporated into a webpage as a browser plug-in that provides a user-selectable option to extract event information from a visited webpage.
