    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a downlink control information message scheduling a downlink transmission that comprises a zero-power reference signal for the UE to use for rate matching during the downlink transmission. The UE may receive a signal triggering transmission of an aperiodic reference signal during the downlink transmission. The UE may determine whether the UE supports search space sharing. The UE may perform, upon determining that the UE supports search space sharing, rate matching around the aperiodic reference signal.

A network may be configured to provide a beam measurement configuration to a UE that indicates durations for monitoring transmission beams, and tuning a component of the UE between the monitoring. The durations may include a first portion that a UE may use for a tuning operation and a second portion that the UE may use to monitor for or measure a respective reference signal. In various examples, the indicated durations may include a third portion that the UE may use for another tuning operation, or the durations may overlap with one another during an overlap duration that the UE may use for another tuning operation. During the indicated durations, the network may refrain from transmitting other downlink data or control information for the UE, and the UE may refrain from monitoring for such other downlink data or control information.

In one aspect, a method includes: (i) obtaining a first set of neuromuscular signals; (ii) after determining, using a low-power detector, that the first set of neuromuscular signals require further processing to confirm that a predetermined in-air hand gesture has been performed: (a) processing the first set of neuromuscular signals using a high-power detector; and (b) in accordance with a determination that the processing indicates that the predetermined in-air hand gesture did occur, registering an occurrence of the predetermined in-air hand gesture; (iii) receiving a second set of neuromuscular signals; and (iv) after determining, using the low-power detector and not using the high-power detector, that a different predetermined in-air hand gesture was performed, performing an action in response to the different predetermined in-air hand gesture.

A user equipment (UE) may be configured to receive control signaling scheduling multiple uplink transmission repetitions including first and second sets of repetitions associated with first and second sounding reference signal (SRS) resource sets, respectively. The UE may determine first and second power headroom (PHR) values for the respective sets of repetitions, where at least the second PHR value is determined in accordance with a first rule as either an actual value based on a transmission power of one of the uplink transmission repetitions or a virtual value based on default transmission power settings, the first rule pertaining to PHR determination for multiple sets of repetitions corresponding to multiple SRS resource sets. The UE may generate a PHR report that includes the first PHR value, the second PHR value, or both, and may transmit the PHR report to the base station.

The FCML rectifier operates with an input voltage and includes an inductor, a plurality of upper switches, and a plurality of lower switches. The upper and lower switches are electrically connected in series. The inductor is coupled between the input voltage and a midpoint between the upper switches and the lower switches. During critical transition points, at least one of first and second modulation schemes is performed. In the first modulation scheme, any rising edge of the control signal of any one lower switch is controlled to be synchronous with a rising edge of the control signal of at least one another lower switch for achieving ZVS. In the second modulation scheme, a phase-shift of the control signals and a switching frequency are controlled to achieve ZVS with minimum conduction loss.

    Abstract: A phase tracking reference signal (PT-RS) may be transmitted to enable a receiver to correct phase noise in wireless communication. A UE scheduled for one PDSCH with DMRS ports in two or more DMRS CDM groups that are associated with two TCI states may be configured for PT-RS using two PT-RS ports. Therefore, rather than limiting PT-RS to a single port, the PT-RS may be transmitted to the UE using two PT-RS ports. The apparatus transmits a capability indication for more than one PT-RS port for receiving a downlink shared channel based on a first TCI and a second TCI. The apparatus receives a configuration for a maximum number of downlink PT-RS ports from a base station.

The difference in the first and second optical birefringence is caused by (i) applying localized heating to the first region without applying localized heating to the second region to cause the first region to have a lower birefringence as compared to the second region, or (ii) applying different amounts of localized heating to the first and second regions to produce different birefringence.
