  • Patent number: 11875146
Abstract: Modification of application implementation may include modification, addition, and/or removal of machine-readable instructions. Modification of machine readable instructions prior to run-time may modify implementation of one or more features. Physical computer processor(s) may be configured by computer readable instructions to obtain machine-readable instructions. Machine-readable instructions may, cause a target computing platform to implement an application when executed. Physical computer processor(s) may obtain information regarding implementation of the application by the target computing platform and analyze the machine-readable instructions and/or the information to create one or more rules for modifying application implementation by the computing platform. Physical computer processor(s) may modify the machine-readable instructions based on the rules to add features to and/or remove features from the machine-readable instructions.

  • Publication number: 20140319850
Abstract: A latch lock system for a door that is mountable in a doorframe, the latch lock system including a main housing including a spindle and lever, a bolt having a nose part that is attractable to a magnet, the bolt being slidable in the main housing between extended and retracted positions, a spring biasing the bolt to its retracted position, a secondary housing including a strike plate in the doorframe, a magnet mounted in the secondary housing, the magnet having a magnetic force greater than the spring force which will pull the bolt to its extended position when the door is in its closed position and the bolt is aligned with the magnet.

  • Patent number: 5787744
Abstract: A vandal-resistant torque sensitive release mechanism is disclosed for coupling and decoupling an actuating handle to a lock mechanism. The torque sensitive release mechanism is disclosed is in the form of a slip-clutch, with the rotational movement of the slip clutch being limited when excessive force is applied to prevent the actuating handle from moving to a position where it would interfere with the subsequent desired opening of the door.

  • Patent number: 5730014
Abstract: A vandal-resistant torque sensitive release mechanism for coupling an actuating handle to a lock mechanism. The torque sensitive release mechanism: is in the form of a slip-clutch, which utilizes spherical ball connectors in cooperating detents; is connected at one end to the operating handle via threaded engagement; and permits an adjustment of the disengagement force. A conventional type connection is provided at the other end of the slip clutch to allow a mutiplicty of different lock connections for coupling the handle operating to the operating lock mechanisms via the slip clutch.
