Abstract: A method of cleaning a chamber used for annealing doped wafer substrates. In one embodiment the method provides removing dopants deposited in an annealing chamber after an annealing process of a doped substrate by flowing one or more volatilizing gases into the annealing chamber, applying heat to volatilize the deposited dopants in the annealing chamber, and exhausting the chamber to remove volatilized dopants from the annealing chamber.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a bioelectrode including a cross-linkable organometallic polymer, and to a method for manufacturing same, and more particularly, to an electrode in which a nanostructure of the organometallic polymer is controlled to be used in bio fuel cells, biosensors, and the like. The electrode according to the present invention includes an organometal and further includes a self-assembling block copolymer and enzyme, and provides usages in bio fuel cells and biosensors.

Abstract: Disclosed is a device and a method for processing an emergency call in a portable terminal regardless of a SIM card activated by a user's selection. The device includes a plurality of SIM cards, and a controller to make a control so that a SIM card capable of performing a communication service is automatically switched and the emergency call is transmitted when an emergency call transmission is generated.

Abstract: A network search method of a user equipment (UE) for a wireless communication system that improves network search speed for acquiring Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) available list available where the user equipment is located. A network search method measures powers of all the frequency bands supported by a UE in response to a network search request, generates a scan list as a result of measurement of the powers, searches networks listed in the scan list for available channels; acquires neighbor cell information from a system information message of one of the available channels. In addition, the method skips the networks indicated by the neighbor cell information in search of networks by removing the networks from the scan list.

Abstract: Disclosed is a large capacity hollow-type flywheel energy storage device. The energy storage device includes a hollow shaft, a vacuum chamber receiving the hollow shaft, a flywheel having a predetermined weight and disposed at an inner edge of the vacuum chamber, and a hub connecting the flywheel to the hollow shaft and disposed in the vacuum chamber to be rotatable together with the flywheel. A superconductive bearing and an electromagnet bearing are disposed inside and outside the hollow shaft, respectively, such that magnetic forces thereof can be shielded from each other. Thus, magnetic interference between the superconductive bearing and the electromagnet bearing is shielded by the magnet shield interposed therebetween, thereby preventing rotation loss by stabilizing a structural mechanism during rotation while improving design adaptability.

Abstract: A device and method for managing information data in a mobile IP-based mobile telephone. The device and method employ an embedded web server for displaying a homepage of the mobile telephone on a web browser when linked to the mobile telephone through the web browser; and a program of server driven by the embedded web server to generate a command to enable communication between the mobile telephone and a telecommunication system using the web browser and to transmit a message confirming that data updated in the web browser has been updated in the mobile telephone to the web browser. The homepage of the mobile telephone is adapted to display information management menus of the mobile telephone and includes a language pack that stores at least one language so that the information management menus can be displayed in any selected language. The system and method further employ a memory for storing data of the information management menus.

Abstract: A point-of-sale electronic distribution system for distributing an access code (e.g., a personal identification number (PIN)) is provided. The system allows retailers/distributors to purchase access codes for use with pre-paid products using conventional telephones and without requiring the use of a dedicated terminal or personal computer at the point-of-sale. A telephone call relating to a request for an access code is received at a central server. An access code is obtained from a database of access codes and transmitted to the caller by telephone, facsimile, or e-mail. Reports relating to a pre-paid calling card account can be requested during the telephone call.

Abstract: Disclosed is a TFT substrate for a display apparatus comprising a gate wiring including a gate electrode, a data wiring including a data line, a source electrode connected to the data line, and a drain electrode connected to a pixel electrode, and a semiconductor layer disposed between the gate wiring and the data wiring, wherein the semiconductor layer under the drain electrode is disposed within an area overlapping the gate electrode and the semiconductor layer under the source electrode extends outward to an area not overlapping the gate electrode. Advantageously, the present disclosure provides a TFT substrate for a display apparatus having a high aperture ratio and causing less afterimaging, and a manufacturing method of the same.
