Abstract: A stacker includes a base and a vertical structure supported by the base. A lift unit includes a support surface for engaging and lifting a tray from a stack of trays. The lift unit is mounted to the vertical structure and movable vertically relative to the vertical structure. A lifting mechanism selectively raises and lowers the lift unit relative to the vertical structure. The support surface may be formed on first and second projections configured to engage first and second handle openings of a tray. The stacker facilitates several stacking/destacking methods for more easily converting a stack of trays at a first height to a stack of trays at a second height. For example, the first height may be more convenient or appropriate for use in a bakery, while the second height may be more efficient for loading in a truck.

Abstract: A lid for a container includes an upper panel portion and at least one connector extending rearward of the upper panel portion. A lip extends downward of the upper panel portion. A plurality of vent openings are molded into the lid. Some of the vent openings may be formed through the lip. Some of the vent openings may be formed through a substantially vertical front surface of the lid below a flange to prevent rain from entering the openings.

Abstract: A fork tine assembly includes a tine having a support surface and an inner surface. A lift rail is movable between a retracted position and a deployed position. The lift rail provides a lift rail support surface higher than the upper surface of the tine when the lift rail is in the deployed position. The lift rail is not an innermost surface of the tine assembly when the lift rail is in the retracted position and when the lift rail is in the deployed position.

Abstract: A pallet lift includes a base and a plurality of wheels supporting the base. A pair of contact surfaces are proximate a distal end of the base. A handle projects upward proximate a proximal end of the base. A rear support surface support is on the base between the contact surfaces and the handle. The base may include a pair of spaced apart rails capable of receiving columns of a pallet therebetween. In one embodiment, the base includes a pair of four-bar linkages and the handle is a lift handle configured to selectively collapse and extend the four-bar linkages to raise and lower a pallet.

Abstract: A dolly includes a base and a plurality of wheels supporting the base. At least one locking device removably secures a pallet to the base. The at least one locking device includes a pin for securing a deck of the pallet between the pin and the base. The pin is received in a notch along an upper edge of the deck.

Abstract: An exhaust system includes a muffler, an inlet pipe, and an exhaust pipe. The muffler includes an inlet hole adapted to receive the inlet pipe and an outlet hole to receive the exhaust pipe. The inlet pipe has a first and second linear portions extending from a radiused portion, the first and second linear portions being generally perpendicular to one another. The radiused portion and the first linear portion of the inlet pipe are positioned within the muffler. Portions of the inlet pipe and exhaust pipe located within the muffler may optionally include perforations and be closed off.

Abstract: A container according to one embodiment includes a plurality of walls extending upward from a base. A lid is hingeably attachable to a first wall of the plurality of walls by a hinge formed by a hinge pin on one of the lid and the first wall and a hinge receiver formed by the other of the lid and the first wall. The lid and the first wall each include a lever point against which a tool can be leveraged to assist in attaching the hinge pin into the hinge receiver.

The method involves the steps of creating a first and a second sub-tables positioned one above another or side-by-side. Electrical current through the wires causes the wires to become hot enough to melt/cut plastic. One ore more plastic drums placed in the upper chamber are sectioned by the hot wires without producing any shavings or dust.
