Patent number: 11955348Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a radio frequency (RF) device that includes a mold device die and a multilayer redistribution structure underneath the mold device die. The mold device die includes a device region with a back-end-of-line (BEOL) portion and a front-end-of-line (FEOL) portion over the BEOL portion, a thermally conductive film, and a first mold compound. The FEOL portion includes isolation sections and an active layer surrounded by the isolation sections. The thermally conductive film, which has a thermal conductivity greater than 10 W/m·K and an electrical resistivity greater than 1E5 Ohm-cm, resides between the active layer and the first mold compound. Herein, silicon crystal does not exist between the first mold compound and the active layer. The multilayer redistribution structure includes a number of bump structures, which are at a bottom of the multilayer redistribution structure and electrically coupled to the FEOL portion of the mold device die.Type: GrantFiled: November 8, 2019Date of Patent: April 9, 2024Assignee: Qorvo US, Inc.Inventors: Julio C. Patent number: 11915329Abstract: An online agricultural system manages and optimizes interactions of entities within the system to enable the execution of transaction and the transportation of crop products. The online agricultural system accesses historic and environmental data describing factors that may impact crop product transactions and/or transportation to determine market prices for crop products and crop product transportation. Responsive to receiving a request from an entity, the online agricultural system determines an optimal transaction for the entity, such as a price for selling a crop product, an available crop product for purchase, or a transportation opportunity to transport a crop product.Type: GrantFiled: September 7, 2021Date of Patent: February 27, 2024Assignee: INDIGO AG, INC.Inventors: David Patrick Perry, Barry Loyd Knight, Eric Michael Jeck, Rachel Ariel Raymond, Neal Hitesh Rajdev, Geoffrey Albert von Maltzahn, Robert Berendes, Nathan Post, Philip Gabriel Sheets-Poling, Rodney Connor, Jonathan Hennek, Ean Shaughnessy Wahl Mullins

Patent number: 10986122Abstract: A threat management facility generates a simulated phishing threat based on one or more characteristics of a network user. Based on whether the user fails to respond appropriately to the simulated phishing threat, the threat management facility may implement one or more prophylactic measures to remediate the security weakness exposed by the user's failure to respond appropriately to the simulated phishing threat. For example, a security policy for an endpoint associated with the user may be adjusted to address the security weakness. Additionally, or alternatively, the user may be enrolled in training directed at reducing the likelihood that the user will be the victim of an actual phishing attack in the future.Type: GrantFiled: August 2, 2017Date of Patent: April 20, 2021Assignee: Sophos LimitedInventors: Brady Bloxham, Scott McVicker Epple, Jeffrey Philip Albert

Patent number: 8821472Abstract: The present invention provides an apparatus comprising a housing and a flexible reservoir adapted to contain a fluid and having a septum member formed from a needle-penetratable self-sealing material. The flexible reservoir is arranged within the housing in combination with mounting means arranged within or formed by the housing, wherein the mounting means engages the septum member to thereby mount the flexible reservoir relative to the housing. In this way a secure fixation between the reservoir and the housing is provided without having to interfere with the general flexibility of the reservoir, e.g. substantially the entire flexible reservoir apart from the outlet/mounting means may be arranged free to move relative to the housing, this allowing the reservoir to be emptied to a high degree.Type: GrantFiled: April 20, 2006Date of Patent: September 2, 2014Assignee: Novo Nordisk A/SInventors: Philip Albert Sparholt, Erik Winkel Ethelfeld, Steffan Hansen, Bjorn G. Publication number: 20140237633Abstract: The present invention is long-term cultures of avian PGCs and techniques to produce germline chimeric and transgenic birds derived from prolonged PGC cultures. In some embodiments, these PGCs can be transfected with genetic constructs to modify the DNA of the PGC, specifically to introduce a transgene encoding an exogenous protein. When combined with a host avian embryo by known procedures, those modified PGCs are transmitted through the germline to yield transgenic offspring. These germline chimeric birds do not have substantial contributions of PGC-derived phenotypes in somatic cells or tissues. This invention includes compositions comprising long-term cultures of PGCs that can be genetically modified by gene targeting, that can accept large amounts of foreign DNA and that contribute to the germline of recipient embryos.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 24, 2014Publication date: August 21, 2014Inventors: Marie-Ceclie Van de Lavoir, Philip Albert Leighton
