  • Publication number: 20210318424
Abstract: A multiple input multiple output (MIMO) radar system for detecting a moving object is based on an explicit signal model. The explicit signal model accounts for waveform separation residuals by relating measurements of the virtual array to an auto-term including a Kronecker product of object-receiver signatures and transmitter-object signatures; and a cross-term including a Kronecker product of object-receiver signatures and transmitter-object residual signatures. The radar system uses a spatial MIMO object detector that is based on the explicit signal model to detect the moving object.

  • Patent number: 11145197
Abstract: A system jointly controls vehicles according to traffic configuration of a zone of intersection of a first road and a second road. The intersection zone includes a sequencing zone and a control zone covering sections of the first and the second road in proximity to the intersection. The system groups vehicles traveling within the sequencing zone on the first and the second roads into a set of groups of the vehicles and prevents the vehicles of different groups to travel concurrently in the control zone such that the first vehicle of the following group cannot pass the last vehicle of the preceding group. The system determines motion trajectories for the vehicles of the same group traveling in the control zone on the first and the second roads to pass the intersection and transmits the motion trajectories to the corresponding vehicles.

  • Patent number: 11061388
Abstract: A scanner for image reconstruction of a structure of a target object uses a neural network trained to classify each segment of a sequence of segments of a modified wave into one or multiple classes. The sequence of segments corresponds to the sequence of layers of the target object, such that a segment of modified wave corresponds to a layer having the same index in the sequence of layers as an index of the segment in the sequence of segments. The scanner executes the neural network for each wave modified by penetration through the layers of the target object to produce the classes of segments of the modified waves. Next, the scanner selects the classes of segments of different modified waves corresponding to the same layer to produce an image of the layer of the target object with pixel values being functions of labels of the selected classes.
