    Abstract: Apparatus for traffic control at an intersection is described. The apparatus has a neural network architecture to determine priorities for a set of connected vehicles present at the intersection and a trajectory conflict engine to receive the priorities for the set of connected vehicles present at the intersection and to determine timing data for occupation of crossing points of the intersection that avoid collisions between the set of connected vehicles. The neural network architecture maps an observation tensor for lanes of the intersection to a priority tensor for the lanes of the intersection. The observation tensor contains kinematics data for vehicles in the lanes of the intersection. The apparatus uses the timing data to instruct movement of the set of connected vehicles across the intersection.

    Abstract: Imageable products are described which can be made into dry transfer materials and other transfer materials by imaging them in an electrophotographic copier. The imageable products include an adhesive layer having a coating weight of between about 0.5 and 7 grams per square meter, releasably adhered to a substrate. A non-adhesive layer is applied over the adhesive layer, the non-adhesive layer having a thickness of less than about 30 microns and the non-adhesive layer being capable of accepting electrophotographic toner. The non-adhesive layer is incapable of being stripped from the substrate, to which said non-adhesive layer is releasably adhered by said adhesive layer, from a corner of said non-adhesive layer without fracture.

    Abstract: Dry transfer materials, e.g. dry transfer lettering sheets, are made from a transparent or translucent carrier sheet indicia thereon (e.g. in printing ink or produced photographically) and a layer of adhesive over the indicia and on the carrier sheet in the areas between the indicia. By incorporating a suitable amount of a detackifying polar wax in the adhesive, when the adhesive is deposited from a solution and/or dispersion in an organic solvent, the adhesive dries down to be stickier over the indicia than in the areas where it is directly on the carrier sheet.
