  • Patent number: 11492229
Abstract: A method for electrification of a field chopper comprising the steps of: providing a cable drum and a winding drive on the field chopper, the cable drum and winding drive allowing at least one of the winding and unwinding of an energy supply line about the cable drum; providing a cable arm on the field chopper, the cable arm configured to adjust in at least one of an orientation and extension length to provide guided winding or unwinding of the energy supply line along a field surface; providing a pivotable ejection chute on the field chopper, the ejection chute extending beyond the cable arm and configured to transfer a chopped harvested material onto a transport vehicle driving alongside the field chopper; unwinding the energy supply line while along a first processing strip from the cable drum using the winding drive and cable arm; and winding the energy supply while along a second processing strip about the cable drum using the winding drive and the cable.

  • Patent number: 11374371
Abstract: A plug arrangement for producing a detachable multi-purpose connection, the arrangement comprising: a housing body and a contact element that is connected to the housing body, wherein the contact element is oriented in a rotationally symmetrical manner in relation to a predetermined plugging direction and comprises at least one annular contact zone arranged along the predetermined plugging direction; and at least one code segment disposed on the contact element, said code segment forming an angular code that varies with a rotational position of the contact element.

  • Patent number: 10938195
Abstract: A cable drum for supplying energy to an electrically operated utility vehicle includes an axially extending winding body, a winding drive for rotatably driving the winding body for reeling-up or unreeling an electric line, a spacing means for segmenting a winding layer reeled-up onto the winding body, and an air conveying means for generating cooling air through a passage region. The cooling air flows outward of the interior of the winding body. The passage region is kept clear between adjacent segments of the winding layer.

  • Publication number: 20190315394
Abstract: A method for influencing the steering characteristics of an agricultural tractor is disclosed. The method comprises associating a steering characteristic with a respective parameter set of a plurality of predetermined parameter sets. Detecting an instantaneous working condition of the agricultural tractor by a control unit. Selecting a parameter set from the plurality of predetermined parameter sets based on the detected instantaneous working condition; and activating an actuating device based on the selected parameter set to adapt a steering characteristic to the detected instantaneous working condition.
