Abstract: A system for monitoring and detecting the gait and other health related parameters of a user. One such parameter is monitoring of medication compliance and treatment session attendance done by a medication and liquid dispensing apparatus, which combines mechanical dispensing of medication. These parameters are provided in standard of care summaries to care providers, and are continually reported by the Optimum Recognition Blueprint as Standard of Care Summaries to care providers, as well as communicated to the end-user by the Virtual Caregiver Interface.

Abstract: A digital relay and concomitant method comprising employing an analog-to-digital converter, and via control logic providing oversampled output of the converter to determine likely digital values corresponding to the output, and wherein the control logic substantially eliminates aliasing resulting from waveform transients in input to the converter, and wherein no anti-aliasing filter is employed providing the input. Also, a digital relay and concomitant method comprising employing an analog-to-digital converter, and via control logic providing oversampled output of the converter to determine via Fourier transform likely digital values corresponding to the output, and wherein the control logic substantially eliminates aliasing resulting from waveform transients in input to the converter.

Abstract: A system, method, and apparatus for identifying a speaker of an utterance, particularly when the utterance has portions of it missing due to packet losses. Different packet loss models are applied to each speaker's training data in order to improve accuracy, especially for small packet sizes.
