Abstract: A network service system and a network service utilizing method thereof are provided. The network service system includes a network service providing apparatus and a network service using apparatus. The network service providing apparatus provides a machine-readable code. The network service using apparatus parses the machine-readable code to obtain an identification and a key. The network service providing apparatus transmits an encrypted message to the network service using apparatus based on the identification. The network service using apparatus decrypts the encrypted message into service information by the key and uses a service of the network service providing apparatus after connecting to the network service providing apparatus according to the service information.

Abstract: A server and a share link management method are provided. The server generates a first share link in response to a request, and generates a first workflow according to the first share link. The server transmits the first share link to at least one electronic device via a network according to the first workflow. The server monitors at least one first status which is generated by the at least one electronic device in response to the first share link, and adjusts the first workflow according to the at least one first status. The share link management method is applied to the server to implement the aforesaid operations.

Abstract: A personal service providing system, an information collection and analysis server and the methods thereof are provided. The information collection and analysis server receives a record of a transaction from a service end, generates a distinct link associated with the record, and transmits the distinct link to the service end. The service end generates a machine-readable code by embedding the distinct link therein. A user device obtains the distinct link from the machine-readable code and transmits an identity to the information collection and analysis server through the distinct link. The information collection and analysis server receives the identity from the user device and associates the identity with the record according to the distinct link.

The system includes a user communication interface, a file processing module, and an online storage communication interface. The user communication interface is configured to connect to a client end corresponding to a first user. When the user communication interface receives a file upload request and a corresponding upload file from the client end, the file processing module searches for a personal online storage of the first user and a shared online storage of at least one related user of the first user and determines to upload the upload file to a partial online storage of the personal online storage and the shared online storage. The online storage communication interface transfers the upload file to the partial online storage determined by the file processing module.
