  • Publication number: 20240076248
Abstract: A method for synthesis and purification of radiolabeled macroaggregated human serum albumin (MAA) to form a bulk solution injectable to a patient includes: providing a radiometal in a generator, the radiometal being a generator eluate; synthesizing the radiolabeled MAA in a reactor with MAA particles from a commercially available labeling kit for 99mTc and the generator eluate so as to provide synthesized radiolabeled MAA particles; passing the synthesized radiolabeled MAA particles on a syringe filter membrane having a membrane composition, diameter, and pore size for trapping the radiolabeled MAA particles as trapped radiolabeled MAA particles and not retaining impurities from a bulk solution, the impurities including free radioactive metal isotopes, parent radioactive metal breakthrough, and stannous chloride present in the MAA labeling kit for 99mTc; and untrapping the trapped radiolabeled MAA particles from the syringe filter using a saline or buffered solution passing through the syringe filter.

  • Patent number: 10917106
Abstract: An acquisition stage receives a digital input signal and generates therefrom a first digital signal and a second digital signal complementary thereto. First and second processing stages receive the first and second digital signals and generate therefrom first and second analog signals in time with first and second complementary clock signals. An output stage generates an internal clock signal equivalent to one of: the first clock signal phase shifted by a duration of a transient occurring during a period of the first clock signal, or the second clock signal phase shifted by a duration of a transient occurring during a period of the second clock signal. The output stage produces an analog output signal equal to the first analog signal when the internal clock signal is at a first logic level, and equal to the second analog signal when the internal clock signal is at a second logic level.

  • Patent number: 10392133
Abstract: A method for planning the acquisition of images of areas Z1, . . . , ZN of the Earth, by a spacecraft on a mission around the Earth. Each area Zi of the Earth being associated with a request Ri such that a visual accessibility time interval Ti corresponds to the area Zi. For each interval Ti, discrete acquisition opportunities for acquiring area Zi are determined such that a start date, a period of execution, a local kinematic constraint and a weight is associated with each of the discrete acquisition opportunities. The discrete acquisition opportunities for acquiring areas Zi are grouped into a set D. The discrete acquisition opportunities Di of the set D are categorized by ascending start date. The kinematic compatibility between the discrete acquisition opportunities of set D is assessed. An optimal sequence of discrete acquisition opportunities is determined having a maximum weight, and being kinematically compatible.

  • Patent number: 9993107
Abstract: The present invention relates to an assembly formed by a removable infusion unit and the supporting or locking elements thereof, for a machine for preparing beverages by extraction of a product to be infused. The assembly includes a receptacle intended to be rigidly connected to the machine and configured to removably receive the infusion unit. The assembly also includes a device for locking the unit onto the receptacle and an actuation device supported by either the unit or the receptacle and which controls the locking device and is arranged such that in a position in which the actuation device is deactivated, the locking device prevents the unit from being disconnected from the receptacle, and in a position in which the actuation device is activated, the locking device allows the unit to be disconnected from the receptacle. The invention is suitable for use in machines for preparing EXPRESSO-type beverages by extracting a product to be infused.
