  • Patent number: 8473150
Abstract: A method of unlocking the anti-starting system of a computer (ECM) controlling the operation of an engine of a motor vehicle, includes: each time the computer is powered up generating therewith a first random value and writing the value into a first zone of a volatile memory of the computer, downloading an unlocking program from a downloading tool to the volatile memory, the execution of which generates the calculation of a second value from the first random value and from a determined relation stored in the unlocking program, and writing the second value into a second zone of the volatile memory of the computer, reinitializing the software of the computer without erasing the first and second zones of the volatile memory of the computer, comparing the values stored in the first and second zones, unlocking the anti-starting system of the computer, if the comparison is successful.

  • Publication number: 20110265511
Abstract: The liquefaction method provides fractionation of the natural gas with ethane recycle in order to enhance propane recovery and to increase the critical pressure of the gas to be liquefied. The natural gas is partly liquefied by cooling in E1, then separated in fractionating column 2 into a methane-rich stream and a stream rich in hydrocarbons heavier than methane. The methane-rich stream is partly liquefied in 3, then the condensates separated in drum 4 are recycled to the top of column 2 through line 7. The gas fraction from drum 4 is liquefied in exchanger E2 to produce the liquefied natural gas. The stream rich in hydrocarbons heavier than methane is separated in the deethanizer into an ethane-enriched fraction and heavier hydrocarbons. According to the invention, the ethane-enriched fraction is at least partly liquefied, then part of the liquefied ethane is recycled to separating drum 4 or reflux line 7.

  • Patent number: 6763680
Abstract: Natural gas liquefaction method wherein the natural gas is cooled, condensed and subcooled by indirect heat exchange with two cooling mixtures to a temperature such that the natural gas does not remain entirely liquid under pressure after expansion to the atmospheric pressure. The liquid natural gas under pressure is expanded to form a gas phase and a liquid phase. The gas phase can be either compressed and recycled to the process inlet, or used as a fuel. The liquid phase is expanded to form a gas phase and a liquid phase. The gas phase is compressed and recycled to the process inlet. The liquid phase constitutes the liquefied natural gas produced.
