The storage rack includes a frame and a support beam assembly including a connector seat, a first connector and a support beam. The connector seat is connected to the frame, and the support beam is connected to the connector seat by the first connector. The support beam is connected to the frame by the first connector and the connector seat rather than by direct welding which may cause deformation. It is ensured that the support beam can provide desirable levelness for a shelf panel to be supported thereon. In this way, good levelness of the shelf panel can be achieved at a reduced thickness thereof, resulting in a reduction in economic cost. Moreover, for a detachable shelf panel, its placement and removal can be facilitated.

Abstract: The dipole-resonator resistive absorber is a metamaterial absorber operating in the microwave regime. A single unit of the dipole-resonator resistive absorber includes a first rectangular conductive ring having a pair of first resistors mounted thereon and in electrical communication therewith, and a plurality of parallel linear arrays of second rectangular conductive rings, where each of the second rectangular conductive rings has a pair of second resistors mounted thereon and in electrical communication therewith. The first rectangular conductive ring is mounted above the plurality of parallel linear arrays of the second rectangular conductive rings, and this structure is backed by an electrically conductive layer. The single unit dipole-resonator resistive absorber may be expanded into an arrayed structure, forming a polarization-independent dipole-resonator resistive absorber.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to a EUV mask measurement tool having a source assembly that generates a high power extreme ultraviolet (EUV) light beam, a detector assembly including a projection optics system and a CCD camera, a stage for supporting a patterned mask, the pattern mask including a plurality of predetermined test sites, a processor programmed to determine a site specific best focus plane for each of the plurality of predetermined test sites on the patterned mask, and a program module to generate instructions to move the stage to the best focus plane for each of the plurality of predetermined test sites on the patterned mask. In addition, a method for generating a site specific best focus plane for each of the plurality of predetermined test sites using a continuous scanning process that provides a continuous image output from the test site.

Abstract: A straw-based pot body blanket seedling growth substrate using straw fibres as a framework, utilising an enhancer, a retention aid and a wet strength agent as additives, and being prepared from composite decomposed livestock manure, perlite and vermiculite, the addition amount of the straw fibres being 60-70 v/v %, the addition amount of the decomposed livestock manure being 5-10 v/v %, the addition amount of the perlite being 5-10 v/v %, the addition amount of the vermiculite being 5-10 v/v %. The pot body blanket seedling growth substrate is suitable for cutting and easily implementing fully automated transplantation, is beneficial for root growth, shortens seeding growth periods, and increases seedling growth bed emergence rates. The pot body blanket seedling growth substrate may be applied to solanaceae seedling growth, and can also provide a block-shaped substrate for landscape flowers and plants in a three-dimensional arrangements.
