Abstract: The advanced triple piston damper having three pistons working together as described herein is for use with a motorcycle to dampen an impact. The advanced triple piston damper can work at three different stroking speeds, i.e., slow, intermediate, and fast. The advanced triple piston damper has a better response to dampening an impact than the conventional nitrogen gas systems and can avoid the gas leakage problems associated with such systems.

Abstract: The present invention provides a shock absorber, “AIR FORCE”, that uses air pressure to support the weight of a vehicle. The shock absorber of the present invention comprises of a damper, which is a cylinder filled with oil and gas pressure, and an air pressure adjusting assembly. During the use, the piston presses against the air inside the cylinder. The softness and the hardness of the shock absorber is adjustable using an adjuster. The present shock absorber of the present invention use air pressure to support the weight of the vehicle instead of the use of spring. By manipulating the air pressure inside the cylinder, the softness and the hardness of the shock absorber can be adjusted. In addition, it can be used accompany with a damper.

Abstract: An advanced triple piston damper (ATPD), comprises of three pistons (1), (2) and (3) working in relation, characterizes that the piston set is designed to work as a damper for a pull-type shock absorber having three pistons performable at slow, intermediate, and high stroking speed. The respond of the shock absorber of the present invention is, therefore, much better than any gas type shock absorber of the prior art. In addition, the leakage problem is also avoided.
