    Abstract: The present invention provides a control method and a control circuit for a switch circuit and a corresponding switch circuit device. The control circuit comprises: an acquiring module, configured to acquire first time; a comparing module, connected with the acquiring module and configured to compare first time with first fixed time; and an adjusting module, connected with the comparing module. The adjusting module adjusts a cycle of a turn-on signal of a first switch transistor to second fixed time when the first time is less than the first fixed time. The adjusting module adjusts the sum of second time and the first fixed time to the second fixed time to achieve spread spectrum when the first time is more than the first fixed time. The control circuit for the switch circuit provided by the present invention is used for controlling the switch circuit for spread spectrum.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses an isolated switch-mode power supply, a control circuit and a control method thereof. The voltage of the control terminal of the main power transistor starts to increase, the main power transistor is turned on gradually, the current flowing through the main power transistor starts to increase until reaches the predetermined current-limiting value; the current of the main power transistor is maintained at the current-limiting value by controlling the voltage of the control terminal of the main power transistor; the secondary-side synchronous rectifier transistor is turned off, the current of the main power transistor decreases from the current-limiting value to the normal operation value, and the main power transistor is completely in an ON condition.

The active-clamp flyback circuit includes a flyback switching power supply, and further includes a first capacitor and a first switch tube. One end of the first capacitor is connected with a high potential end of an input power supply, the other end is connected with a first end of the first switch tube, and a second end of the first switch tube is connected with a common end of the main power switch tube and the primary winding. A turn-off moment of the first switch tube is adjusted according to time when the main power switch tube is turned on and the first switch tube is turned off and voltages at both ends of the magnetizing inductor. The present invention can reduce the turn-on loss of the main power switch tube.
