    Abstract: A top-opening substrate carrier comprises a container body, a door member and at least one latching mechanism. The latching mechanism includes a rotary drive member, a first driven cam, a second driven cam, a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, two longitudinal latching arms and two lateral latching arms. The first driven cam and the second driven cam are disposed at two sides of the rotary drive member. When the rotary drive member is rotated by force, it links and activates the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod to synchronously drive the first driven cam and the second driven cam to rotate, thereby driving the two longitudinal latching arms and the two lateral latching arms to project towards locking holes of the container body and locked, or retract from the locking holes of the container body and unlocked.

On the other hand, the driver simultaneously actuates an upper actuating unit of the first guiding portion and a lower actuating unit of the second guiding portion to linearly move in reverse direction therebetween. The range of the linear motion of the upper actuating unit and the lower actuating unit represents the compression or extension of the at least one elastic unit, determining to control the open/close status of the upper latching part and the lower latching part.

    Abstract: A bumped chip is revealed, including a chip, a UBM layer, an Ag bump, and a creeping-resist layer. The chip has a bonding pad and a passivation layer covering one surface of the chip and exposing the bonding pad. The UBM layer is disposed on the bonding pad and covers the passivation layer at the peripheries of the opening. The Ag bump is disposed on the UBM layer to form as a pillar bump having a top surface and a pillar sidewall. The creeping-resist layer is formed at least on the pillar sidewall to fully encapsulate the Ag bump. Therefore, the disclosed bumped chip will have no Ag-creeping due to exerting stresses nor changing of joint heights under high temperature environment to meet the bumping requirements of lead-free, high reliability, and lower cost.

    Abstract: A leak preventing device for fluid shooting nozzle of an injection molding machine includes a material stop valve pivotally screwed with a front side of a vertical flow passageway of a hot-material passageway plate, a shaft position base provided at a rear side of the vertical flow passageway, a shaft inserting through the stop valve, the vertical flow passageway and the shaft position base, and a material stop end at front end of the shaft supported by a support plate in the material stop valve. The rear end of the shaft protrudes out of the shaft position base and connected to a piston fixed with a mold fix plate for mutual movement to lot the stop end of the shaft rod fitting in a shooting nozzle in the stop valve to prevent raw material inside from leaking out. Besides, after a screw conveying tube shoots out raw material, the remaining pressure in a flow passageway will push the leak-preventing portion to prevent leaking.

The core mold supporter, the injecting hole mold and the bottle mold all have the same plural number of the core mold holes, the injecting holes and the bottle mold holes, which may be all used or one or two of them only used according to the number of bottles to be produced so as to speed up production and not to change all the related components in case of producing different diameter bottles. In addition, the components to be changed are quite a few and changing process is simple to save time and labor by inserting or removing them out of the holes in the mold supporters.
