Abstract: A connecting apparatus adapted in a board module is provided. The board module comprises a first board where the connecting apparatus is placed thereon and a second board. The connecting apparatus comprises a cylindrical main body with a bulge formed thereon and a rotary device. The rotary device comprises a rotary plate, a pivot passing through the main body and a protrusion placed near an edge of the rotary plate. When the protrusion fits with a recession of a curve trench of the bulge, the rotary plate is turned aside to cover part of the bulge, thus to connect the first board with the second board.

Abstract: A locking apparatus includes a handle, a hook and a handle magnetic device. The handle is pivotally connected to a cover of an electronic product. The hook has a first end pivotally connected to the handle and a second end with a locking part. The locking part is fastened to a base of the electronic product when the electronic product is locked. The handle magnetic device is located on a surface of the handle facing the cover of the electronic product for attracting a cover magnetic device of the cover of the electronic product after the locking part is fastened to the base of the electronic product. Furthermore, a folding electronic product with the locking apparatus is also disclosed in the specification.

Abstract: A spindle restricting apparatus to prevent a rotating axis and a lifting axis operating simultaneously includes a main frame, a first spindle, and a second spindle. The first spindle is disposed in a horizontal opening of the main frame and the second spindle is disposed in a vertical opening of the main frame. The first spindle has at least a first interference portion disposed on the first spindle inside of the main frame. The second spindle may have at least a second interference portion disposed on the second spindle inside of the main frame. The first interference portions would touch the second spindle to prevent the lifting axis operating while the rotating axis is operating. The second interference portions would touch the first spindle to prevent the rotating axis operating while the lifting axis is operating.
