    Abstract: Methods for forming dummy under-bump metallurgy structures and semiconductor devices formed by the same are disclosed. In an embodiment, a semiconductor device includes a first redistribution line and a second redistribution line over a semiconductor substrate; a first passivation layer over the first redistribution line and the second redistribution line; a second passivation layer over the first passivation layer; a first under-bump metallurgy (UBM) structure over the first redistribution line, the first UBM structure extending through the first passivation layer and the second passivation layer and being electrically coupled to the first redistribution line; and a second UBM structure over the second redistribution line, the second UBM structure extending through the second passivation layer, the second UBM structure being electrically isolated from the second redistribution line by the first passivation layer.

    Abstract: A method of decoding a bitstream by an electronic device is provided. A block unit is determined from an image frame received from the bitstream. An intra prediction mode index corresponding to one of wide-angle candidate modes is determined for the block unit. The electronic device determines whether the intra prediction mode index is different from predefined indices each corresponding to one of predefined wide-angle modes in the wide-angle candidate modes. Filtered samples are generated based on reference samples neighboring the block unit. The filtered samples are generated by an interpolation filter when the intra prediction mode index is different from the predefined indices. The filtered samples are generated by a reference filter when the intra prediction mode index is equal to at least one of the predefined indices. The block unit is reconstructed based on the filtered samples along a mode direction of the intra prediction mode index.

    Abstract: A method of decoding a bitstream by an electronic device is provided. The method determines a block unit from an image frame received from the bitstream. To reconstruct the block unit, the method receives, from a candidate list, first motion information having a first list flag for selecting a first reference frame and second motion information having a second list flag for selecting a second reference frame. The method then stores a predefined one of the first and second motion information for a sub-block determined in the block unit when the first list flag is identical to the second list flag.

    Abstract: A method of selecting access point, suitable for a communication device, includes following operations: (a) monitoring a channel of at least one frequency band; (b) calculating a first count that the channel is detected to be in an occupied state; (c) calculating a second count that the channel is detected to have an ambient noise; (d) repeating steps (a) through (c) to obtain the first count and the second count of each of a plurality of channels used by a plurality of access points; (e) obtaining a plurality of received signal strength indications (RSSIs) of the plurality of access points, respectively; and (f) selecting a target channel from the plurality of channels and a target access point from the plurality of access points to perform connection according to the plurality of RSSIs and the first count and the second count of each of the plurality of channels.

    Abstract: The present invention of a spinning tray for oven mainly includes a tray body for placing food. The tray body having a hole at its center for inserting a sensor rod. A spring is disposed underneath the sensor rod, a positioning frame is placed outside the spring and is fixed underneath on the tray body. A lower board of the positioning frame is provided for the spring to be compressed against. A L-shaped stopping bar is extended from the bottom of the sensor rod. A spinning mechanism includes a positioning board, few stand poles are disposed vertically underneath on the tray body for screwing to the positioning board by screws. A main axle goes through the positioning board. The main axle is wrapped around by a spring and is sleeved with a gearing. The main axle engages with the gearing by the elasticity provided by the spring. The gearing is engaged to few gear sets and a spinning blade is activated by a gear wheel. The whole spinning mechanism is covered by a cover and is fixed on the positioning board.

A coffee container receives a filter device. The filter device receives a dish. The coffee container is disposed beneath the steam outlet disk. A cup is disposed beneath the second cap.
