Abstract: The present disclosure is directed toward systems and methods for facilitating communications between a third party and a user of a social networking system. The systems and methods may include providing, via a social networking system, an electronic form having at least one fillable field and receiving one or more responses from the user via the electronic form. The systems and methods may also include generating a communication thread between the third party and the user and, based on the one or more responses received from the user, customizing one or more messages to the user. The systems and methods further include triggering, based the one or more responses received from the user, a notification to the third party and facilitating continued communication between the user and the third party via the communication thread.
