    Abstract: The invention provides methods of treating cancer, especially breast cancer, and in particular HER2/ErbB2 positive breast cancer using a FoxM1 inhibitor in conjunction with trastuzumab and/or paclitaxel. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising a FoxM1 inhibitor in the presence of trastuzumab and/or paclitaxel are also provided. The invention further provides methods of identifying and treating trastuzumab resistant and/or paclitaxel resistant cancer. Also provided are methods of promoting breast tumor cell differentiation.
