  • Publication number: 20240160365
Abstract: An integrated electronic information system includes a first information storage system storing information in a first form, a second information storage storing information in a second form that is different from the first form, and an electronic integration system, in electronic communication with the first information storage system and the second information storage system. The electronic integration system is configured to receive an indication from the first information storage system of data that is newly-added to the first information storage system, receive the data from the first information storage system in the first form, and in response to the indication from the first information storage system, translate the data from the first form to the second form, and transmit the data in the second form to the second information storage system.

  • Patent number: 11632308
Abstract: A system and methods comprise a touchscreen at a premises. The touchscreen includes a processor coupled to a security system at the premises. User interfaces are presented via the touchscreen and include a security interface that provides control of functions of and access to data collected by the security system, and a network interface that provides access to network devices. A plurality of network devices at the premises is coupled to the touchscreen. A security server at a remote location is coupled to the touchscreen. The security server comprises a client interface through which remote client devices exchange data with the touchscreen and the security system. The client interface is a cross-client interface provided by a client view model of at least one of the touchscreen and the security server that normalizes information of the plurality of network devices and the security system.

  • Publication number: 20050105558
Abstract: A multiported LAN switch comprised of legacy local area network ports and ATM ports. Each ATM port comprising a hardware forwarding engine for bridging LAN frames from the LAN ports to the ATM port. The hardware forwarding engine converts layer 2 protocols between the dissimilar ports expediently, without requiring intervention by a microprocessor. A substantial performance gain is attained compared to microprocessor controlled format converters. Both LAN emulation and virtual LANs are supported.

  • Patent number: 6373126
Abstract: Barrier structures are included within the packaging material of a packaged semiconductor device, such barrier structures including barrier bodies which overlie the die-die pad assembly of the device on either side thereof. The barrier bodies act as baffles which limit diffusion of moisture through the packaging material into the area of the die-die pad assembly of the device, the barrier bodies including apertures therethrough which control such diffusion in a manner that avoids delamination problems in the area of the die-die pad assembly, meanwhile also avoiding undesirable trapping of gas within the packaging material.
