  • Patent number: 11988515
Abstract: A transportation management system generates routing guidance from an origin location to a destination location by modifying edge weights in a graph of a geographic location to penalize difficult immediate maneuvers. Responsive to receiving a routing request, the system identifies a position of a provider device in a base map having edges representing road segments and nodes representing intersections between road segments. A sub-graph is generated for the edges in the base graph located up to a threshold distance from the origin location, and the system modifies the weight of one or more edges in the sub-graph corresponding to a difficult immediate maneuver. When applying a routing algorithm to generate the routing guidance, the system uses the edge weights of the generated sub-graph for a first portion of the routing guidance and the original edge weights of the base graph for a second portion of the routing guidance.

  • Publication number: 20240145747
Abstract: Systems and methods for controlling operation of a fuel cell system in a vehicle are provided. Pressures at one or more of an anode side, a cathode side, and a coolant subsystem are controlled to be maintained within a pressure corridor during a normal operation of the fuel cell system. At an emergency shutdown, pressure at an anode side is controlled. A method of controlling operation of a fuel cell system includes detecting a shutdown of the fuel cell system, determining whether the shutdown is an emergency shutdown, and, responsive to determination that the shutdown is the emergency shutdown, controlling a degree of opening of an anode purge valve, positioned at an anode outlet path extending between an anode outlet and a cathode outlet path, based on availability of pressure sensor data and/or a power level at which the fuel cell system was operating at a time when the emergency shutdown was detected.

  • Publication number: 20240144921
Abstract: Automatically generating sentences that a user can say to invoke a set of defined actions performed by a virtual assistant are disclosed. A sentence is received and keywords are extracted from the sentence. Based on the keywords, additional sentences are generated. A classifier model is applied to the generated sentences to determine a sentence that satisfies a threshold. In the situation a sentence satisfies the threshold, an intent associated with the classifier model can be invoked. In the situation the sentences fail to satisfy the classifier model, the virtual assistant can attempt to interpret the received sentence according to the most likely intent by invoking a sentence generation model fine-tuned for a particular domain, generate additional sentences with a high probability of having the same intent and fulfill the specific action defined by the intent.
