  • Publication number: 20240168854
Abstract: A technique utilizes grafting and differential based (diff-based) data seeding to hydrate a special virtual disk (vdisk) on a multi-node cluster with data changes (differences) between a reference vdisk stored on the cluster and a snapshot stored in an external repository to enable failover (including failback) recovery of an application workload in a disaster recovery environment. The application workload is stored as a workload vdisk on local storage of the cluster and snapshots of the workload vdisk are generated and organized as a vdisk chain on the cluster. One or more snapshots of the vdisk chain may be replicated to the external repository using a long-term snapshot service. Each replicated snapshot may be backed up from the cluster to the external repository at the granularity of a vdisk, referred to herein as an external datasource disk. The special vdisk is a thinly provisioned, datasource-backed vdisk that is grafted onto the vdisk chain, e.g., as a child vdisk of the reference vdisk.

  • Publication number: 20240156387
Abstract: Systems and methods described herein improve visibility of features (e.g., P-waves) of a physiologic signal segment (e.g., an EGM or ECG signal segment) to be displayed within a display band having a specified height between an upper and a lower boundary of the display band. The physiologic signal segment is divided into sub-segments, for each of which a sub-segment minimum peak amplitude and maximum peak amplitude are determined. Based thereon, a new minimum peak amplitude and a new maximum peak amplitude are determined and used to determine a new display range. A portion of the physiologic signal segment that is within the new display range is caused to be display, within the display band having the specified height, such that the upper boundary of the display band corresponds to the new maximum peak amplitude, and the lower boundary of the display band corresponds to the new minimum peak amplitude.

  • Publication number: 20240156388
Abstract: Systems and methods described herein improve visibility of P-waves of an EGM or ECG signal segment to be displayed on a display screen. There is a determination of whether relatively small features, including the P-waves, of the ECG or EGM signal segment would be difficult to visualize if an original signal segment range of the ECG or EGM signal segment were caused to be displayed on the display screen. In response to determining that the relatively small features of the ECG or EGM signal segment would be difficult to visualize, a portion of the EGM or ECG signal segment is displayed on the display screen in a manner that magnifies the P-waves of the EGM or ECG signal segment compared to if an entirety of the EGM or ECG signal segment within the original signal segment range were instead caused to be displayed on the display screen.

  • Publication number: 20240160621
Abstract: A system and method for managing sensor data associated with an Internet-of-Things (IoT) environment is disclosed herein. The method includes receiving, by a processing unit, sensor data from at least one sensing unit in the IoT environment. The sensor data includes at least one sensor reading and a reading timestamp associated with the sensor reading. The method further includes determining whether a conflict exists based on the reading timestamp, wherein the conflict is associated with the sensor data overwriting an existing record in a database. The database is configured for storing the sensor data associated with the at least one sensing unit in time-series format. If the conflict exists, the method further includes merging the sensor data to the record based on an ingestion timestamp associated with the sensor data. Otherwise, a new record is created.

  • Patent number: 11975738
Abstract: A first image can be acquired from a first sensor included in a vehicle and input to a deep neural network to determine a first bounding box for a first object. A second image can be acquired from the first sensor. Input latitudinal and longitudinal motion data from second sensors included in the vehicle corresponding to the time between inputting the first image and inputting the second image. A second bounding box can be determined by translating the first bounding box based on the latitudinal and longitudinal motion data. The second image can be cropped based on the second bounding box. The cropped second image can be input to the deep neural network to detect a second object. The first image, the first bounding box, the second image, and the second bounding box can be output.

  • Publication number: 20230265191
Abstract: Specific binding molecules, including T cell receptors (TCRs), which bind the HLA-A*02 restricted peptide SLYNTVATL (SEQ ID NO: 1) derived from the HIV Gag gene product, p17 are presented. TCRs of the present invention comprise non-natural mutations within the alpha and/or beta variable domains relative to a native TCR. The specific binding molecules of the invention have improved stability and/or yield and yet unexpectedly retain the advantageous properties of the specific binding molecules from which they are derived. Such specific binding molecules are particularly useful in the development of soluble immunotherapeutic reagents for the treatment of HIV infected individuals.

  • Publication number: 20180239741
Abstract: Methods and systems for automatically generating a list of keywords for an end user from very large amounts of text data. In an embodiment, a computer-implemented method includes a processor receiving a request from an end user device to generate a key word list, reading text data of a corpus of at least one domain, performing pre-processing of the text data of the corpus, and removing stop words. The process also includes generating, by the processor, a term document matrix, removing rare words, and identifying unigrams, bigrams and trigrams. The processor then performs a stemming process on the unigrams, bigrams and trigrams to form stem words, replaces each stem word with its highest frequency unigram to generate normalized unigrams, generates normalized bigrams and normalized trigrams based on the normalized unigrams, and generates a list of keywords comprising the normalized unigrams, the normalized bigrams, and the normalized trigrams.
