  • Publication number: 20230351915
Abstract: The systems and methods of the present disclosure provide for synchronizing movements of participants during a communication session. The method includes receiving, by a processor, captured image data of movement of a first participant to a communication session and receiving, by the processor, captured image data of movement of a second participant to the communication session, The method also includes determining, by the processor, if a variance exists in the movement of the second participant to that of the movement of the first participant; and if a variance exists in the movement of the second participant to that of the movement of the first participant, signaling, by the processor, the second participant to adjust the movement of the second participant to match the movement of the first participant.

  • Publication number: 20230344940
Abstract: The systems and method of the present disclosure provide for automatic volume adjustment during a communication session. The method includes receiving an entered volume level, receiving at least one audio signal from a communication session, analyzing a volume level of the at least one audio signal, and comparing the entered volume level with the volume level of the at least one audio signal. The method also includes determining that the entered volume level does not match the volume level of the at least one audio signal and when the entered volume level does not match the volume level of the at least one audio signal, adjusting the volume level of the at least one audio signal to match the entered volume level.

  • Publication number: 20230239366
Abstract: A method for determining a communication load for a user including: monitoring at least one communication channel for one or more user activities; detecting at least one user activity related to one or more of a plurality of parameters, the plurality of parameters including a number of current communication sessions involving the user and an engagement level of the user in a meeting, in which the engagement level is a non-binary value and in which each of the parameters is associated with a weight; calculating, for a subset of the plurality of parameters, the communication load for the user based on the weight associated with each of the parameters within the subset; and automatically updating, based on the communication load, a display of a status indicator for the user by altering an appearance of the status indicator. Also disclosed is a corresponding system for determining a communication load.

  • Publication number: 20230103442
Abstract: Static/Fixed-time meeting notifications may not be adequate and are not useful if the user is not online when the static/fixed-time reminder is sent. Systems, methods, and software to provide intelligent reminders. In one embodiment, presence data associated with a user is collected and stored. A calendar of the user is accessed to determine if any meetings have a start time occurring within a predetermined timeframe, wherein the predetermined timeframe is determined based on the presence data associated with the user. For each identified meeting that occurs within the predetermined time frame, determining a notification time based on the presence data associated with the user and presenting a notification at the determined notification time.

  • Patent number: 11330107
Abstract: The technology disclosed herein enables a call to be immediately reconnected to the same agent of a contact center after the agent has been disconnected while the caller remains connected to the contact center. A method provides determining that a first agent system, operated by a first agent of the contact center, has been disconnected from a communication session between the first agent system and a first caller system, operated by a first caller, due to a non-recoverable error. The first caller system remains connected to the contact center. The method further provides generating identification information that identifies the communication session and generating a link to join the communication session that includes the identification information. The method also provides transferring the link to a second agent system operated by the first agent. The second agent system is connected to the communication session when the second agent system follows the link.

  • Patent number: 10135985
Abstract: The technology disclosed herein enables a call to be immediately reconnected to an agent of a contact center after the agent has been disconnected. In a particular embodiment, a method provides, determining that a first agent system, operated by a first agent of a plurality of agents for the contact center, has been disconnected from a call between the first agent system and a first caller system operated by a first caller. The first caller system remains connected to the contact center. If the first agent system was disconnected due to a recoverable error, the method provides reconnecting the call to the first agent system once the first agent system has recovered. If the first agent system was disconnected due to a non-recoverable error, the method provides prioritizing the reconnection of the call to another one of the plurality of agents.
