    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a side wire for a substrate and a substrate structure are provided. The method includes: forming a plurality of first pattern structures on a side surface of the substrate, wherein a gap between any adjacent two of the plurality of first pattern structures connects a top surface and a bottom surface of the substrate to each other; forming a conductive material film covering the side surface of the substrate; and removing the plurality of first pattern structures and a portion of the conductive material film that is attached on the plurality of first pattern structures, and maintaining a portion of the conductive material film that is located between any adjacent two of the plurality of first pattern structures as the side wire.

    Abstract: An electronic device that communicates frames is described. During operation, the electronic device may transmit the frames addressed to a recipient electronic device and associated with multiple links between the electronic device and the recipient electronic device. Then, the electronic device may receive block acknowledgments for at least a subset of the frames, where a given block acknowledgment is associated with the recipient electronic device and indicates received frames on a given link in the links. Moreover, the electronic device may control an amount of traffic conveyed on the links based at least in part on the block acknowledgments. Next, the electronic device may store a remainder of the frames based at least in part on the block acknowledgments, where the frames include the subset of the frames and the remainder of the frames. Note that the frames may have a common traffic identifier.

The communication module is configured to receive a vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) message including source vehicle data and receive a fusion data message including fusion data from a mobile edge computing (MEC) system including a roadside unit (RSU). The source vehicle data includes a source vehicle location. The fusion data is based on RSU sensed data and on vehicle sensed data received at the RSU from at least one vehicle. The misbehavior detection module is configured to determine whether a source vehicle is disposed at the source vehicle location based on the fusion data. The processor is configured to manage performance of the autonomous vehicle in accordance with the source vehicle data based at least in part on the determination.
