Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to examples of a lens. In one embodiment, the lens includes an input surface and an output surface. The input surface includes a first input surface segment, a second input surface segment, and a third input surface segment. The second input surface segment is positioned to redirect light emitted at a range of angles by a light emitting diode (LED) to prevent being blocked by an adjacent LED assembly. The output surface includes a first output surface segment and a second output surface segment. The second output surface segment and the second input surface segment form a convex lens and the second output surface segment is positioned to receive and redirect the light emitted at the range of angles by the LED that are redirected by the second input surface segment to a second range of angles that avoids the adjacent LED assembly.

Abstract: Provided is a bioreactor apparatus including: a liquid storage chamber for storing a culture medium; a pump for providing pressure to drive the flow of the culture medium; a plurality of culture chambers providing an accommodating space to accommodate the culture medium and a cell to be cultured; and a pipeline connecting the liquid storage chamber, the pump, and the culture chamber to form a closed loop. Also provided is a bioreactor system including the bioreactor apparatus of the present disclosure, the culture medium, and a cell. Further provided is a method for culturing a cell or an organoid by the bioreactor apparatus of the present disclosure. The bioreactor apparatus, bioreactor system, and method of the present disclosure can form a biomimetic circulatory system, which is beneficial for simulating and evaluating the complex microenvironment and physiological mechanism in the living body.

The information determination method includes: acquiring third information by a terminal, and determining, by the terminal, an actually sent Synchronization Signal and PBCH Block (SSB) according to the third information. The third information comprises at least one of the following: a value of a Quasi Co-Location (QCL) parameter Q, a Discover Burst Transmission Window (DBTW) configuration, or an SSB position indication field. The SSB position indication field comprises a second indication field and a third indication field. In one embodiment, the method comprises a) annealing a first oligonucleotide to a nucleic acid template comprising a target nucleic acid molecule sequence and a tag sequence, wherein the target nucleic acid molecule sequence comprises a locus of interest; b) performing nucleic acid template-directed nucleic acid extension from the annealed first oligonucleotide to provide a first extension product; c) circularizing the first extension product to produce a circularized DNA template; and d) performing circularized DNA template-directed nucleic acid amplification to produce a tagged DNA amplicon for sequencing. The methods are useful for linking a distant locus-of-interest to a reverse transcription primer.
