    Abstract: The present application discloses a method for manufacturing a metal zero layer, comprising: step 1, etching a zero interlayer film to form a first trench; step 2, performing first Ge ion implantation to form a first Ge layer in the zero interlayer film and achieve first amorphization; step 3, performing second Ge ion implantation to form a second Ge layer in the zero interlayer film and achieve second amorphization, wherein the depth of the second Ge layer is greater than the depth of the first Ge layer, and the second Ge ion implantation is tilt ion implantation; step 4, forming a metal silicide layer on the surface of an amorphous silicon layer in a self-aligned manner; step 5, filling the first trench with a first metal layer; and step 6, performing chemical mechanical polishing to fully remove the first metal layer outside the first trench and achieve planarization.

The method includes: initializing a cloud-edge collaborative network, and generating a set of user requests; establishing a target function of minimum average end-to-end delay and minimum spectrum slot occupation of a user request; during processing of each user request based on the target function, sequentially determining whether a node and path selection uniqueness constraint, a mobile edge computing (MEC) server load constraint, a spectrum resource occupation and uniqueness constraint, a spectrum continuity constraint, and a spectrum consistency constraint are satisfied, where if all constraints are satisfied, the user request is successfully processed, and the process turns to step S4; or if any constraint is not satisfied, the user request fails to be processed; and calculating average end-to-end delay and spectrum resource occupancy of the user request.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an arctigenin liquid nano-preparation and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of pharmaceutical preparation. In the present disclosure, arctigenin is prepared into a liquid nano-preparation, having advantages of distribution of a droplet diameter on nanoscale, significantly increased specific surface area, rapid absorption, and high bioavailability. Meanwhile, nano-preparation entered the body can be captured by wandering leucocytes, and a medicament is delivered to inflammatory lesions through chemiotaxis, thereby conferring a targeted drug delivery feature on the arctigenin and making a therapy more targeted. Moreover, in the present disclosure, the arctigenin is dissolved in an oil phase, and the oil phase is dissolved in water by emulsification to further make the arctigenin dissolve in the water and increase water solubility of the arctigenin.

    Abstract: A system and method for efficiently routing scan data between two dies used in three-dimensional packaging are described. In various implementations, a computing system includes at least a first semiconductor die (or first die) and a second die connected to one another within a three-dimensional (3D) package. The first die and the second die have multiple non-scan input/output (I/O) data channels between them for data transfer. The non-scan I/O data channels are partitioned into groups. The first die receives a given scan input data bit for testing a device under test (DUT) on the second die. The first die selects a first group of non-scan I/O data channels, and sends, to the second die, a copy of the given scan input data bit on each non-scan I/O data channel of the first group. The second die uses a voter circuit to determine the value of the given scan input data bit.

At least a portion of a body tissue proximate to the body space is viable after the cryotreatment. A method of protecting a surgical site during prostate cryosurgery is also provided. The method includes injecting a therapeutically effective amount of the cryoprotective composition into the body space, wherein the body space is a periprostatic space of a patient.
