    Abstract: In an embodiment, a method includes: forming a first inter-metal dielectric (IMD) layer over a semiconductor substrate; forming a bottom electrode layer over the first IMD layer; forming a magnetic tunnel junction (MTJ) film stack over the bottom electrode layer; forming a first top electrode layer over the MTJ film stack; forming a protective mask covering a first region of the first top electrode layer, a second region of the first top electrode layer being uncovered by the protective mask; forming a second top electrode layer over the protective mask and the first top electrode layer; and patterning the second top electrode layer, the first top electrode layer, the MTJ film stack, the bottom electrode layer, and the first IMD layer with an ion beam etching (IBE) process to form a MRAM cell, where the protective mask is etched during the IBE process.

In some example embodiments, the real-time provision of high quality avatar animation is enabled, at least in part, by a multi-frame regressor that is configured to map information descriptive of facial expressions depicted in two or more images to information descriptive of a single avatar blend shape. The two or more images may be temporally sequential images. This multi-frame regressor implements a machine learning component that generates the high quality avatar animation from information descriptive of a subject's face and/or information descriptive of avatar animation frames previously generated by the multi-frame regressor.

The inlet nozzle is connected to the throttling assembly, the throttling assembly is connected to the electrical sealing cylinder and the gas guide cylinder, the electrical sealing cylinder and the gas guide cylinder are both connected to the lower adapter sleeve, the lower adapter sleeve is respectively connected to the end socket and the female sleeve, and the electrical components are arranged in the electrical sealing cylinder. A throttling effect is achieved by detecting the temperature and pressure in a tube by a temperature/pressure sensor in the electrical components and controlling a motor to rotate a movable valve in the throttling assembly by a circuit control assembly, thereby achieving wireless control over downhole throttling.

    Abstract: Methods and systems for high-resolution image manipulation are disclosed. An original high-resolution image to be manipulated is obtained, as well as a driving signal indicating a manipulation result. The original high-resolution image is down-sampled to obtain a low-resolution image to be manipulated. Using a trained manipulation generator, a low-resolution manipulated image and a motion field are generated from the low-resolution image. The motion field represent pixel displacements of the low-resolution image to obtain the manipulation indicated by the driving signal. A high-frequency residual image is computed from the original high-resolution image. A high-frequency manipulated residual image is generated using the motion field. A high-resolution manipulated image is outputted by combining the high-frequency manipulated residual image and a low-frequency manipulated image generated from the low-resolution manipulated image by up-sampling.
