  • Publication number: 20240057841
Abstract: Pet hair removers are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, the pet hair remover includes a handle, a collection chamber, a roller, a roller frame, a door, and a blade. In some embodiments, the pet hair remover comprises a protrusion on an exterior, planar surface of the roller, and the roller's rotation is limited by the protrusion contacting the roller frame. In some embodiments, the door is at least partially transparent to provide a view of the collection chamber. In some embodiments, the pet hair remover further comprises a spring that biases the door open, a latch that holds the door closed, and a button on the handle.

  • Publication number: 20080171230
Abstract: Thin film ferroelectric capacitor composites exhibiting reduced leakage current and enhanced breakdown strength are prepared using sol-gel processing. The composite contains a buffer layer and at least one dielectric layer and is formed by depositing by sol-gel processing onto a substrate a composition containing a heterocyclic amide, such as polyvinylpyrrolidone.

  • Publication number: 20040175585
Abstract: The invention relates to multilayered structures having a crystalline or partially crystalline barium strontium titanate (BST) dielectric thin film composites and a metallic foil substrate. A barrier layer may be interposed between the metallic foil substrate and dielectric thin film. In addition, the invention relates to a capacitor comprised of the multilayer structure containing such composites.

  • Patent number: 6623865
Abstract: Crystalline dielectric lead zirconate titanate thin film composites on metallic foils exhibit high dielectric constants, low dielectric loss (loss tangent of less than 5%) and low leakage current. The lead zirconate titanates may be of the formula PbZrxTiyOz (PZT) wherein x and y are independently from about 0.35 to about 0.65 and z is from about 2.5 to about 5.0. The thin foil dielectric composites can be prepared by a variety of methods including deposition of PZT thin films on brass, platinum, titanium, and stainless steel foils using sol-gel processing, sputtering deposition and chemical vapor deposition.

  • Patent number: 5845845
Abstract: A fluidic oscillator and method in which a first molded portion comprises a first part having an oscillator circuit silhouette formed in one surface. The oscillator circuit silhouette has a power nozzle, an oscillation chamber, with upstream and downstream ends, a power nozzle at the upstream end adapted to receive a liquid under pressure and an outlet to ambient at the downstream end, and oscillation inducing elements in the oscillation chamber. A closure seal plate part is hingedly connected to the first part such that the closure seal plate can engage the oscillation silhouette. A second molded portion has a recess adapted to forcibly receive the first portion with the closure seal plate engaging the oscillation silhouette. Interfitting protuberances and recesses prevent sliding between the first part and the closure seal part when they are forced into the recess.
