    Abstract: A directed chemical conjugate of a glucagon-like peptide-2 mutant, and a use thereof are provided. The present application enables edge-to-edge repair of the valve leaflets and adopts unilateral clamping, effectively preventing the problem of valve leaflet stenosis caused by the implantation of the repair device.
