    Abstract: A dynamic signal transmission structure based on a hybrid beamforming technology includes a radio-frequency module and an antenna array connected therewith. The radio-frequency module includes one or more radio-frequency link units connected in parallel, the antenna array includes one or more antenna sub-arrays, and each antenna sub-array is connected with one of the radio-frequency modules. The hybrid beamforming technology includes analog and digital beamforming. In this structure, the analog beamforming parameters and the digital beamforming parameters are constant, and the number of radio-frequency link units in the radio-frequency module, the number of antenna sub-arrays in the antenna array, the analog beamforming parameters, and the digital beamforming parameters are in a quantitative relation.

    Abstract: A charge pump circuit and phase-locked loop include start, bias, current mirror, charging and discharging feedback control, and charging and discharging matching modules, which are electrically connected in sequence. The start module starts the bias module. The bias module generates constant bias current and outputs same to the current mirror module, which receives and amplifies the bias current for output in two paths. The charging and discharging feedback control module detects the output voltage of a charge pump and controls, according to feedback of the output voltage, the current in the charging and discharging matching module, to suppress the mismatch between charging and discharging currents. The charging and discharging matching module receives an external charging or discharging control signal, to charge or discharge the output load of the charge pump. Charging and discharging currents can be matched within a wide output voltage range, without an operational amplifier.

In this terahertz time-domain spectroscopy system, the femtosecond laser light radiated by the femtosecond laser is collimated by a first diaphragm, and then is split by a beam splitter into a pump light and a probe light. The pump light passes through the first light path module to generate a terahertz pulse, and the probe light passes through the first light path module to generate a linear polarization probe light having the same optical distance as that of the pump light. The linear polarization probe light and the terahertz pulse are combined by a beam combiner to obtain a light beam to be detected carrying the terahertz pulse information. Two electro-optical crystals with the same thickness are used in a detection device simultaneously.

The structure feature of a human body itself as well as the constructed vertical direction spatial distribution histogram and horizontal direction spatial distribution histogram are used to accurately locate the chest position and the crotch position of the human body. A human body chest subimage is extracted according to the chest position, and a human body crotch subimage is extracted according to the crotch position. Then, the feature values of the human body chest subimage and the human body crotch subimage are respectively extracted by a feature value extraction algorithm, and the human body gender is automatically identified according to the feature values. The technical solution of this invention is simple, and after experimental verification, can be effectively applied in actual microwave security check system.
