The first accommodating cavity is provided with a first accommodating opening. The inner container is provided with a second inner side wall and a second outer side wall. The inner container is placed into the first accommodating cavity through the first accommodating opening. An accommodating gap is reserved between the second outer side wall of the inner container and the first inner side wall of the shell. The accommodating gap is configured to accommodate liquid. The actuating device is configured to push water in the accommodating gap to flow.

    Abstract: A method for degrading or converting a cellulosic material is provided, comprising (a) subjecting the cellulosic material to an enzyme composition at a mild agitation with low rotation speed; and (b) subjecting the cellulosic material to an enzyme composition at a sufficient agitation with high rotation speed.
