    Abstract: A system for inspecting surfaces that includes a mobile base, sensors for base navigation, sensors for surface inspection, a communication system and a host computer that executes modules for base motion planning and navigation, location, point cloud acquisition and processing, surface modelling and analysis, multi module coordination and user interfaces. The inspection procedure has the robot move in a zigzag pattern trajectory over the surface. For every fixed distance, a 3D point cloud of the surface is generated and the location of the point cloud with respect to the world coordinate system is recorded. The location of the point cloud is based on SLAM for spatial mapping. At the same time, a high-resolution photo of the corresponding area on the surface is recorded by the camera. Both the point cloud and the photo are transmitted to the host computer for processing and analysis.

The disclosed systems and methods further comprise generating, by a first neural network, a first set of garment vertices defining deformations of a garment with the character body based on the input. The disclosed systems and methods further comprise determining, by a second neural network, that the first set of garment vertices includes a second set of garment vertices penetrating the character body. The disclosed systems and methods further comprise modifying, by a third neural network, each garment vertex in the second set of garment vertices to positions outside the character body.

The method includes the following steps: collecting responses; obtaining a unitary matrix by performing random projection on and QR decomposition of a matrix; obtaining a small matrix by projecting a Toeplitz matrix onto the unitary matrix; obtaining U, S, V matrices respectively by performing singular value decomposition of the small matrix; performing eigenvalue decomposition; and determining an order interval. According to the present disclosure, the small matrix is obtained through performing random projection on and QR decomposition of the traditional Toeplitz matrix, the dimensionality of the matrix by singular value decomposition is reduced and the computational efficiency of the matrix is improved.

Large-scale information is extracted by the autoencoder, which is used for guiding an inversion network to complete the recovery of different-scale features in a velocity model, thereby reducing the non-linearity degree of inversion. A trained encoder part is embedded into the network to complete the extraction of seismic observation data information at the front end, so it can better analyze the information contained in seismic data, the mapping relationship between the data and velocity model is established better, then the inversion method is unsupervised, and location codes are added to the observation data to assist the network in perceiving the layout form of an observation system, which facilitates practical engineering application. Thus a relatively accurate inversion result of the seismic velocity model when no real geological model serves as a network training label can be achieved.
