Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method for managing a terminal device, including: obtaining a description file of a UPnP device management data model of a UPnP device in a home network, where the UPnP device management data model is organized by the UPnP device according to a data model defined by a remote management protocol; establishing a data model meeting CWMP requirements, of the UPnP device according to the description file; sending information about the data model of the UPnP device meeting the CWMP requirements to an ACS; receiving a management command of the ACS for the data model of the UPnP device; and converting the management command into a UPnP device management command and sending it to the UPnP device.

Abstract: In the field of communications technologies, a home network, a method for sharing device information among home networks and a home network system are provided. The home network system includes a first home network, and a second home network having a first secure channel established with the first home network, so as to obtain an access policy and device information of the first home network through the first secure channel and provide the device information for a third home network having a second secure channel established with the second home network according to the access policy. Therefore, the device information is shared among the home networks, and the number of the secure channels to be established is reduced, and thereby the amount of information required to be stored and maintained is reduced.

Abstract: A media playback method, so as to implement seamless playback of media information, is presented. The media playback method includes: determining a first location relationship between a target object and a first terminal; when the first location relationship meets a first preset condition, determining a second location relationship between a second terminal and the target object; and when the second location relationship meets a second preset condition, sending media information currently played on the first terminal to the second terminal, to enable the second terminal to play the media information. By using the foregoing technical solution, seamless playback of media information among multiple screens is implemented, thereby providing personalized data services and applications to a target object, and improving efficiency of acquiring media information by a target object.

The method comprises receiving a software installation command sent by a first control device, installing software according to the software installation command and storing a first authentication information required during management of the software; receiving a software management command sent by a second control device, and acquiring a second authentication information corresponding to the software management command, which command is used in managing the software; when the second authentication information is consistent with the first authentication information, executing the software management command.

Abstract: In a method for configuring access rights, a UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) device receives CPID information sent by a first CP without administrator rights, wherein the CPID information comprises an ID of another CP obtained by the first CP. In the method, the RAS and the system, when performing QoS configuration, a first network sends data traffic description information of a data traffic to be transmitted to a second network, so that the second network may perform QoS configuration of the second network according to the data traffic description information; and after completing local configuration, an RAS of the first network directly returns a configuration completion response to a QoS management device of the first network without waiting for a configuration completion message returned by the second network, so that the QoS management device of the first network continues performing the QoS configuration of the first network, thereby achieving parallel QoS configuration of the first network and the second network, reducing the delay of the QoS configuration.

The method includes: creating a batch management group according to a batch management group creation rule and device information in a network; receiving a batch management command sent by an auto-configuration server for devices in the batch management group; determining a device that needs to be managed in the batch management group according to the batch management command; converting the batch management command into a command supported by the device that needs to be managed; and sending the command supported by the device that needs to be managed to the device that needs to be managed. The method implements batch management of devices in a network covered by a gateway.
