  • Publication number: 20230384585
Abstract: An optical module and an optical system thereof for head-up display, and a vehicle, relating to the technical field of head-up display. The optical module includes an image generation element and a light blocking assembly which are provided in sequence; the image generation element is used for forming an image signal, the image signal being incident on a receiving end through the light blocking assembly; and the light blocking assembly is further used for transmitting part of light in external light according to a polarization direction and/or wavelength. The image signal is not affected by the light blocking assembly when passing through the light blocking assembly; the external light passes through the light blocking assembly and the image generation element in sequence, and does not generate an image after passing through the image generation element; light heat of the external light would be gathered on the image generation element.

  • Patent number: 11827910
Abstract: Methods, systems, compositions and strategies for the delivery of WW domain-containing fusion proteins into cells in vivo, ex vivo, or in vitro via ARMMs are provided. Methods, systems, compositions and strategies for the delivery of Cas9 proteins and/or Cas9 variants into cells in vivo, ex vivo, or in vitro via fusion to ARMM associated proteins (e.g., ARRDC1 or TSG101) are also provided.

  • Publication number: 20220403003
Abstract: Disclosed herein are minimal arrestin domain containing protein 1 (ARRDC1) constructs, which drive the formation of ARRDC1-mediated microvesicles (ARMMs). These vesicles can be harnessed to package and deliver a variety of molecular cargos such as small molecules, nucleic acids, and proteins. An example of such cargo is the genome editor Cas9.
