    Abstract: A clock data recovery circuit and a clock data recovery method are provided. The clock data recovery circuit includes a time delay loop (100), a frequency locking loop (200) and a deserializer (300). The time delay loop (100) is configured to delay input data according to a phase of a clock signal to realize phase alignment; the frequency locking loop (200) is connected to the time delay loop (100), and is configured to adjust a frequency of the clock signal according to the delayed input data to make the frequency of the clock signal be consistent with a frequency of the input data; and the deserializer (300) is respectively connected to the time delay loop (100) and the frequency locking loop (200), and is configured to deserialize the input data according to the clock signal.

    Abstract: A method includes obtaining a multi-utterance training sample that includes audio data characterizing utterances spoken by two or more different speakers and obtaining ground-truth speaker change intervals indicating time intervals in the audio data where speaker changes among the two or more different speakers occur. The method also includes processing the audio data to generate a sequence of predicted speaker change tokens using a sequence transduction model. For each corresponding predicted speaker change token, the method includes labeling the corresponding predicted speaker change token as correct when the predicted speaker change token overlaps with one of the ground-truth speaker change intervals. The method also includes determining a precision metric of the sequence transduction model based on a number of the predicted speaker change tokens labeled as correct and a total number of the predicted speaker change tokens in the sequence of predicted speaker change tokens.

The network-based authentication system may also generate a false positive rate for one or more of the plurality of rules, A cleaning coefficient for a first rule of the plurality of rules may be generated by the network-based authentication system. Based on the cleaning coefficient and the false positive rate, the network-based authentication system may identify one or more rules from the plurality of rules to eliminate from the plurality of rules. The network-based authentication system may eliminate the one or more rules to generate a modified set of rules. Using the modified set of rules, the network-based authentication system may authenticate a network transaction.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to ultrahard nanotwinned diamond bulk materials and synthetic method thereof. In particular, the present invention discloses a diamond bulk material containing high density of nanocrystalline twins and synthetic method thereof, in which a nanotwinned diamond bulk is synthesized from particles of nanospherical onion-like carbon without diamond core (preferably with a size of 5-70 nm) as raw materials by using high temperature and high pressure synthesis. As compared with the prior art, the nanotwinned diamond bulk obtained according to the present invention has a much higher hardness than that of single crystal diamond and that of ultrahard polycrystalline diamond. The nanotwinned diamond bulk has wide prospects in various applications, including geological drilling, machining fields such as high speed cutting and precision and ultra-precision machining, abrasives, drawing dies, and special optics as well as other fields.
