An end of each electrostatic discharge body may be connected to the active area via a corresponding signal line. The each electrostatic discharge body may be at least partially overlapped by and connected to a corresponding conductive pad.

The controller receives the query packet and determines a weight factor of each physical port of the logical port based on the load information. The weight factor of each physical port is positively correlated with an amount of traffic that is of the logical port and that can be shared by each of the physical ports. The controller sends a response packet carrying the weight factor to the Ethernet device. The Ethernet device adjusts, based on the weight factor, traffic sent to each of the physical ports.
