Abstract: A mosquito control product includes a two part composition including separated wet and dry ingredients. The wet and dry ingredients include active and inert ingredients. The active ingredients include thyme, rosemary, cinnamon, and citronella oil and the inert ingredients include water, sugar, yeast, wheat flour, sodium bicarbonate, and licorice extract. When the wet and dry ingredients are combined they form a carrier agent contacting a mosquito with the active ingredients wherein the mosquito is discouraged from seeking a blood meal.

Abstract: A flexible pouch having a fitment with a neck having a large diameter and child safety cap is provided. The pouch is configured to hold a product not fit for human consumption, such a detergent. The large diameter neck makes the neck difficult to grip by a child so as to make it difficult for a child to manipulate the safety cap. Further, the child safety cap makes accessing the contents difficult for a child.

Seal portions are formed adjacent side edges for forming a holding area to be grasped by the hand of the user.

Abstract: A flexible pouch for two-component products includes a front panel, a back panel and a pair of side seals. An upper compartment is formed between the front panel, the back panel, one of the pair of side seals, an intermediate side seal and a bottom frangible seal. A lower compartment is formed beneath the upper compartment between the front panel and the back panel. A vertical passage extends between the intermediate side seal and another of the pair of side seals from the lower compartment to an opening. Rupture of the bottom frangible seal provides a fluid passageway from the upper compartment to the lower compartment.

Abstract: A flexible pouch assembly includes a flexible pouch with a front panel and a back panel with a spray fitment sealed between the front panel and the back panel. The spray fitment may include a base portion with an aperture providing a fluid passageway between the flexible pouch and a head portion of the spray fitment for which product may flow through and be sprayed from a spray nozzle of the spray fitment. The base portion may have a canoe shape that provides a smooth transition for a top or upper seam of the flexible pouch thereby ensuring a leak-tight seal between the flexible pouch and the spray fitment.

Abstract: Containers having a fitment have been used to store food product. Oftentimes the product contained within the container is easier for a user to consume if a utensil such as a spoon is used. The present disclosure is directed towards an assembly for mounting to a container. The assembly includes a fitment with a passage. The spoon is at least partially disposed within the passage of the fitment. The spoon may be attached to the fitment, and covered by a protective cover. The protective cover may include a first half and a second half. The protective cover can be secured with a safety seal.

Abstract: A flexible pouch comprising a first panel and a second panel. In one embodiment there is a first compartment and a second compartment formed between the first panel and the second panel. A top seal is positioned along the top of the first panel and the second panel above the first compartment and the second compartment. A locking child proof slider assembly is configured to close the top seal in one direction and permit access to the compartments in the other direction. Below the top seal and just above the compartments is a zip seal. The zip seal is reclosable and helps maintained the upper edge of the compartments keeping the contents in place and fresh. The first compartment includes at least one sidewall formed from the first panel and the second panel and at least one seam wherein the sidewalls of the first compartment are opaque to as to prevent visibility of the contents of the first compartment. An NFC tag may also be provided.

The first and second members help keep the body of the pouch within the grips of the gripper. In a second preferred embodiment, the bars are an elongated member. The slot is disposed along the inner surface of the bars. The bars have a length sufficient to receive the side peripheral seal of the pouch.

The filling station includes a feeder that dispenses an amount of product into the pouch. The gas purge station is positioned subsequent to the filling station and includes a pair of gas lances. Each of the pair of gas lances have an outlet to discharge the purging gas into the pouch. The pair of gas lances being moveable between an inserted position and a withdrawn position. In the inserted position the pair of gas lances are disposed within the pouch a predetermined distance above the amount of product, and in the withdrawn position the pair of gas lances are provided above the top end of the pouch.

Abstract: A flexible pouch having a pair of spaced apart flaps is provided. The flexible pouch includes a pouch body having a generally cylindrical shape. The flaps are disposed along the longitudinal length of the pouch body as to help prevent the pouch body from rolling over when laid on its length. The pouch may further include a fitment and an intermediate portion having a ramp shaped portion. The ramp shaped portion is opposite the fitment and slanted so as to direct fluids towards the fitment.

Abstract: An apparatus for forming a plurality of flexible pouches from a continuous web of film having a plurality of registration marks spaced a predetermined distance apart. The apparatus includes a film displacement mechanism, a registration mark sensor, and a controller. The film displacement mechanism includes at least one vertically oriented roller that rollingly engages with the continuous web of film. The film displacement mechanism adjusts the tension in the film by horizontally displacing the vertically oriented roller. The registration mark sensor is positioned upstream of the film displacement mechanism and is configured to detect the registration marks. The controller controls the film displacement mechanism to horizontally displace the film upon receipt of a signal from the registration mark sensor.

The front panel is formed of a transparent material and includes a second indicia visible from the front of the pouch. The back panel includes a third indicia visible from the back of the pouch. The back panel includes a first indicia disposed one of the layers of the back panel and configured to be visible when the pouch is viewed from the front so as to block out the third indicia from view. A method of manufacturing a pouch is also provided. The method is directed towards facilitating the alignment of a graphical image on one side of the back panel with a graphical image on another side of the back panels in instances where the back panel is formed of multiple layers.
