Abstract: A system identifies and alerts a user to websites that are new to the web, for example, based on a purchase date, a transfer of ownership date, network traffic to the website, a reputation of the website, and/or appearance of the website in search results. An alert may be provided before, during and/or after a user navigates to a website. An alert may be provided for a displayed website. One or more alerts may be provided for one or more links to websites in a displayed webpage, such as search engine results. One or more alerts may be provided for one or more links to websites shown in a history or list of recently visited websites. A new to the web label may alert a user to consider whether a website is malicious, aiding a user's determination whether to navigate away from or to avoid navigating to new websites.

Abstract: An application programming interface (API) is provided to an application configured to cause display of a user interface (UI). An item of targeted content and metadata corresponding to the item of targeted content is received. The item is rendered in the UI and a call to the API is initiated based on the metadata, the call causing the UI to render a UI feature concurrently within the item. Interaction with the UI feature causes the application to display additional UI features that identify the provider of the item and user information it possesses, the information comprising a reason for the item being provided. Further UI features may be rendered that enable a user to manage such information. In another aspect, the application may comprise a web browser and UI features rendered using the API may comprise a tracker information UI that enables the user to control use of browser trackers.

Abstract: Disclosed are methods for producing class-switched, affinity-matured antibodies which include enriching an immunized cell population for GL7-positive cells and activating the enriched cells. The methods may be used to improve the efficiency of obtaining immortalized antigen-specific plasma cells or to improve the quality of molecularly cloned Ig heavy and light chains.
