Abstract: The present invention relates to a device and method for a chemical applicator used applying chemicals to living organism's internal tissue, including the internal tissue of plants and animals, for organisms which reside on or in mediums such as land, air or water. The device of the present invention is predicated, in part, on the piercing elements being engageable with the chemical reservoir in order to effect the coating of the piercing elements with the chemical. Once coated, these piercing elements are then used to pierce the living organism's tissue such as plant tissue to deliver the chemical.
