  • Publication number: 20240130007
Abstract: The present invention relates to a heating plate particularly suitable for devices for heating a thermal fluid. The heat generated in this device is conveyed to other locations through the thermal fluid, where the heat is given off, for example, through a heat exchanger configured as a radiator. The heating plate is characterized by an electronics-free safety solution intended to automatically cause the generation of heat to cease when temperatures above a preestablished safety temperature are reached.

  • Publication number: 20200025049
Abstract: The present invention relates to an actuator device configured for impelling elements between two positions such that, in the end position with maximum extension, the force being applied is limited, preventing the impelled element from becoming damaged. The actuator device is particularly designed for actuating a valve the opening or closing of which depends on the temperature of a fluid, for example the liquid coolant used in a heat recuperator arranged in an exhaust conduit of an internal combustion engine.

  • Publication number: 20180017024
Abstract: The invention relates to a heat exchanger for an EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) system, comprising a tube bundle of flat tubes, configured by combining two plates incorporating specific protrusions distributed according to the direction of the tube. These protrusions in both plates are in contact with one another or attached such that they establish internal channels. The present invention is characterized by the presence of either transverse projections or of transverse deviations generating disturbances in the flow through side walls of the internal channels, increasing the turbulence of the flow through said channels and thereby increasing heat exchange by convection.

  • Publication number: 20160109188
Abstract: The present invention relates to a tube for a heat exchanger comprising a region with dimples according to a specific pattern such that it increases the degree of heat exchange with low pressure drop. The use of a tube for a heat exchanger according to the invention in heat exchangers for EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) systems is of particular interest. The present invention is also considered of interest for the environment as it increases the efficiency of the heat exchangers for which it is designed.
