  • Publication number: 20240082153
Abstract: The present invention relates to a formulation of Ivermectin in oral solution which allows proper absorption, enabling the drug to be consumed at any time. In particular, the oral lipid composition is designed with the appropriate selection of a medium-chain triglyceride oil, a hydrophilic cosolvent and an antioxidant, so as to influence the absorption/digestibility of the poorly water-soluble active ingredient and facilitate bioavailability and bioactivity for the administration of the oral solution in drops. The formulation includes Ivermectin in a lipid medium including a cosolvent and an antioxidant in combination with an oily solvent to form an oral solution for administration in drops. The field of the invention is related to improving the bioavailability of insoluble drugs such as Ivermectin for administration in oral drop forms based mainly on lipids without compromising stability or creating impurities.

  • Publication number: 20240052558
Abstract: The present disclosure is generally directed to a variety of thermally conductive materials for use in semiconductor devices or other applications. In some cases, the materials may include aligned fibers such as carbon fibers, e.g., defining a substrate, and a metal such as solder. In some cases, the metal may be present within a transition metal rich solder alloy, a conductive medium such as a conductive ink, a thermal chemical vapor deposited solder, an oxide coated liquid metal, an oxide coated liquid metal transition metal rich solder alloy, etc. The metal may have a relatively low melting temperature in certain embodiments. The metal may be interspersed or infiltrated between the plurality of discontinuous fibers, and/or surround at least some of the fibers. In some cases, the metal may react with the carbon fibers to form metal carbides and/or diffuse into the carbon fibers, which may facilitate contact between the metal and the carbon fibers.

  • Patent number: 8277645
Abstract: A screen system having first and second side members, each having a locking gear reversibly movable from a locked position to an unlocked position. A screen is coupled to the side members. The screen has openings and is rotatable from a closed position to an open position. The screen is engagable with the locking gears to preventing the screen from rotating from the closed position to the open position. A trigger plate is movably coupled to the screen, rotates from a first position to a second position and is engagable with the locking gears to prevent the locking gears from moving from the locked position to the unlocked position. The trigger plate disengages with the locking gears when water flows against it, allowing the locking gears to move from the locked position to the unlocked position and the screen to rotate from the closed position to the open position.

  • Patent number: 5903938
Abstract: A furnishing to cover and substantially conceal the underside of a top bunk bed comprises a generally rectangular frame and a sheet affixed to the frame. The interchangeable sheet has sleeved borders with slits in the corners for the insertion of side-support members, end-support members, and corner joints of the rectangular frame. The sheet may be embellished with artwork, characters or designs, and may have apertures to accommodate mechanisms for hanging or attaching the frame and sheet to the underside of the top bunk bed.
