  • Patent number: 11884478
Abstract: An egg carton having base and lid trays that when disposed in vertical alignment (with the lid tray on top of the base tray) form a closed egg carton. The base and lid trays each include a pair of mating handle components, such that when assembled to form a closed carton provide both enhanced strength and ease of carrying the assembled carton. The handles also facilitate handling of the base and lid trays separately during manufacture, packing and transport, and during and after filling the base with eggs. The new base, lid and carton assembly are particularly useful when adapted for holding more than a dozen eggs, for example when holding 30 or more eggs in a rectilinear array of egg cells (arranged in linear rows and transverse linear columns), such as a 5×6 array of egg cells.

  • Patent number: 10463173
Abstract: A system for pushing products for purposes of dispensing the products. Systems can include a base track, a fence tracker, a rear cap, and a rounded front guard that define a product containment channel for containing products in a queue for dispensing. Systems can also include a pusher mechanism for applying a constant and substantially uniform force to a product to push the product towards a rounded front guard where it can be dispensed.

  • Patent number: 10433213
Abstract: Described herein are apparatus, systems and methods for adaptive segment size for data transmissions. A method may comprise, at a user equipment (“UE”), identifying a current size setting of a data segment (e.g., a transmission control protocol (“TCP”) maximum segment size (“MSS”)) for communication over a network, receiving current physical layer conditions, receiving historical data, and adjusting the current size setting based on at least one of the current physical layer conditions and the historical data.

  • Patent number: 10334611
Abstract: Described is a user equipment (UE) that is connected to a network component, the user equipment and the network component configured with a carrier aggregation functionality. The UE performs a method that includes determining a primary component carrier and at least one secondary component carrier associated with the carrier aggregation functionality of the user equipment, determining a component carrier quality measurement (CQM) metric for each of the component carriers, when an uplink data packet is capable of being transmitted over the secondary component carrier, selecting one of the primary component carrier and the at least one secondary component carrier based on the CQM metrics, generating measurement data indicative of the selected component carrier to increase a probability to transmit the uplink data packet over the selected component carrier and transmitting the measurement data to the network component.

  • Patent number: 9793897
Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of reconfigurable computing also known as dynamic computing and, more particularly, to reconfigurable architectures logic gates and programmable wiring connections between them and the input interfaces and output interfaces. There is growing interest in developing new hardware architectures to complement or replace existing static architectures, and recently, there has been a theoretical direction to explore the richness of nonlinear dynamical systems to implement reconfigurable hardware (dynamic). The present invention is to use a nonlinear to emulate different logic gates dynamic system that are the basis of general-purpose computing, and after obtaining the logic gates, integrate these elements into a programmable device by the user, ie for create a field programmable array of reconfigurable logic gates.

  • Patent number: 9250010
Abstract: An encapsulated refrigerator shelf is assembled by interconnecting a platform, such as a glass panel, within a peripheral frame. More specifically, a peripheral shelf frame is formed with a split side portion defining upper and lower frame portions which are spaced by an elongated slot. The encapsulated glass refrigerator shelf is made by slidably inserting the platform onto peripheral frame support structure through the slot formed between the upper and lower frame portions. The frame is also formed with retaining structure to maintain the platform in place once the platform is inserted a requisite amount within the peripheral frame.
